Rainaway Roofing came out and did a great job. When we signed the contract for our new roof they told me that once started they would be done in 8 days give or take a few for inspections, well after 6 days we were passing final inspection and we had a brand new roof. All the neighbors are asking about the new beautiful roof. And it was all thanks to Rainaway Roofing and their great and efficient crews.

I'm the Construction Administrator for a large residential community here in South Florida that had buildings in dire need of roofing work. So far RainAway has completed over 20 buildings perfectly. The work is exceptional and timely. They have been responsive to all of our needs as well as all of the homeowners needs and issues. Quality work, professionally done with none of the issues that arise when you use run of the mill contractors. I recommend RainAway highly, for their professionalism, quality of work and responsiveness.

On April 17, 2014 we had our roof renovated by Rainaway Roofing Company. I would like to comment on the positive experience we encountered with Rainaway Roofing Company. From our initial contact with the company they demonstrated a professional, courteous attitude. The sales representative assigned to our project, Marty Reagan, is very knowledgeable of the products the company offers. He took his time to explaining in detail the difference in the two choices of tiles we had in mind for our house.
The owner of the company, Brandon Jensen is also very attentive to his customers. He makes sure his customers are completely satisfied with the job by not only contacting the customer but also following up in person prior to the completion of the job. Over all my wife and I were extremely satisfied by the excellent customer service, very good competitive pricing, and the job completion commitment provided by Rainaway Roofing Company. I would recommend this company to anyone in search of an excellent roof project. Overall this company will definitely supply good quality products and excellent customer service.

Last year my mother got a new roof put on her home by RainAway and it has been great! It was little fuss and they did all the leg work for us, literally. But, what I did not expect was for them to also be the company my husband and I turned to in order to get a new roof put on our home. We bought a new home in Florida a few streets down from my mother and we had the basic shingled roof, but we wanted to have it transferred over to a tile roof. After all, if it is our dream home, then it needs to reflect what we have been dreaming of. RainAway gave us our one and only estimate and we decided to have them do the work immediately. Glad we did to because shortly after storm season started and we did not have to worry one single bit.

I love my new roof ! I am really happy with the service I recieved from Rainaway roofing .I am really impressed by their professionalism.I have had a lot of attention from my neighbors stopping by and talking with me about the roof . It took a little longer than expected because all of the rain , but they were really focused on getting the job done.I will definitely refer them to anyone.

They came very promptly and took care of the repair problem. Good to work with.

Gave me a great quote so I moved forward with the new roof replacement. A year later I have some issues with the roof repairs and no one has ever called me back. Beware of this company what was said to be replaced was not and now I’m having various issues with me roof, and have yet to receive a call back.

The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude. He called me a looser ten times. I eventually taped his voice saying it. No professionalism at all. I asked for a quote and he asked me a series of questions. When he asked when i will be closing on my house i thought he went to far. i said what does that have to do with a quote. He at that point said that they do not do quotes for people who dont owe the house. He went on to call me the customer a loser.

3 years after installation, we had leaks. I called for MONTHS, finally Dan Gold answered and he told me they went out of business. Now I'm reading reviews that are as recent as this month????

THEY CHANGED MY ROOF IN 2013 AND NOW THERE IS A LEAK IN MY ROOF, THEY GAVE ME 10 YEARS WARRANTY, IT'S BEEN TWO MONTH I AM KEEP CALLING THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT COMING TO FIX THE ROOF, WORST ROOFING COMPANY EVER...

They changed our roof and 2 years after we got a leak, they never came to fix it.

Just the worst experience!!! Never ever waste your time and money with them ....

Rude very unprofessional. Would not attempt to do business again ..
