Y. Rivera & Sons. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was priced very competitively to the other proposals I received and included all of the options and elements that were discussed on-site. Revisions for additional work that I requested were also handled very quickly and communications with my tech and the crew leader was always excellent. And finally, I've dealt with many work crews personally and in my previous employment and can safely say that these guys were excellent. I was home throughout the entire job and checked on progress several times a day and I was always impressed by their work rate, focus on the job, and overall professionalism. The roof looks great and I'll recommend "Y. Rivera & Sons to anyone and everyone I know that needs roof work.

I had my new roof installed, and the inspection passed. Never had an issue with them having to come back and fix the roof. I recently had an inspection of my home to lower my insurance premium and the roof passed with flying colors. They replaced the roof of my townhouse in a timely manner and installed a solar power attic fan that I bought following their recommendations. The worker were very professional and careful. They removed the gutters and reinstalled them very nicely. Of course I tipped them. They are replacing all the roofs in our condo. You cannot go wrong with them. Rivera Sr. is always around and will listen to you!

Without a doubt this is one of if not the best company that I have ever dealt with in Miami. I’ve lived here 20 years and they were very professional, on time and did quality work.

Their representative, Dax was professional, calm and understood the work that had to be done. His estimates and his confidence in his estimates were also very reassuring. He also gave me a history of his uncle’s 30 year experience. Obviously, these are all words but once he and the workers did EXACTLY what he said and when he said it would be done.

I also observed their roofers at work, when they didn’t know I was watching. I was impressed with the care they took, how meticulous and carefully they were. I know under the pressures of deadlines and worries people could get all frustrated and want to rush but I certainly appreciated the time they took to do their job well.

All in all, I am so pleased with every aspect of the work the company did. If I need any other roofing work or know anybody who needs roofing work I will unhesitatingly recommend this company. They did outstanding, quality work at such a great price.

I spoke with a number of roofing companies at first and this one not only offered the best value, but was also the responsive. Fantastic customer service, everything was well explained and no unexpected charges. Plus the roof was installed months sooner than originally expected and completed in the timeframe they gave me. To let anybody who is looking to get their roof repair or replace for this company that go with them with your eyes closed, they are very professional, responsive, honest and above all their performance is outstanding, when they did our roof we felt very confident on their job because from the beginning they were like working in their own house from day one, not cutting corners company let me tell you, they do what it has to be done for the job to be 100% right, we are very happy with the results and with the people in charge on their end and their team!

I got the pleasure of working with Dax and he is a very considerate, patient and professional young man. I recently closed on my house and the roof was installed within 3 days. Dax kept in contact with me. Answered all my questions and informed me with every detail and steps taken to complete the process. Fortunately everything started good, the first portion of the was finished. Something when wrong, all of sudden i could not get a hold of them. I call i text, three weeks pass by i finally heard from them. Apparently the owner had CODVID 19 and was nt able to contact me. Finally i had to call another Roof repair company to finish the job.

Project started out great, it seemed like they knew what they were talking about and were able to get started soon. Then there were problems, and the main issue is just lack of communication. They are slow to respond and almost disappear until after repeated calls they show up and then disappear again. Job is still not done.

I requested a roof inspection, which we were assured we would have before a deadline. They went back on their word and never even provided the inspection, damaging our relationship with our client.

This company provide warranty that they don't stand behind. They don't value or appreciate there customers. I would not recommend them for roof repairs or new roofs., once they get your money good luck getting back in touch with them if you have a PROBLEM.
