Publix Pharmacy at El Mercado Shopping Center

This Publix has an amazing staff. The store manager Carlos Pla always greeting you with a smile. Always helpful and willing to assist the best way possible. The staff here also exceeds their customer service. They always greet you and make it a point to have eye contact and salute with a good morning, afternoon or evening. I love this store❣

Very busy in the morning and afternoon but it's a nice and safe area so if you don't mind can come here to shop in the evening, they're open until 11 pm daily. It's free to park and there are plenty spaces. Good fresh deli, bakery,p meat, seafood produce, flowers, and much more. All household , pets, and hygiene products are sold here,,

Please have your employees wear gloves and mask. I don’t understand how such a large company making so much money is not protecting there employees.

The assistant manager of the pharmacy gives me too much grief over my xanax prescription other than that a below average Publix when compared to others. The bakery and deli are very limited when compared to a new or Broward county Publix.

They put you on hold for ever than when you gotta consult with someone about the perscription for a second they put you on hold again. Unbelievable

Cashiers are not wearing any gloves or masked. I can’t believe they don’t even have sanitizers when you check out. This is horrible don’t shop at Publix is not safe no one wears gloves.

Awful customer support regarding how to indicate the patients how to take their prescriptions and if the patient have any question or concerns that needs attention of the Pharmacist,seems like take your prescribed order and hit the road jack,only two employees,one filling prescriptions and the other dispatching and doing as cashier,never ever they will refer did you have any question or concerns to address to the Pharmacist?....I had never hear it.
