Me and my husband have been working with Empress and Raul for almost five years. They helped us find our first apartment as newly weds in Doral, FL and throughout the years have guided us in order to now be homeowners. Great people , they get the job done right!! I recently had to move at the last minute. Contacted Raul Mayorquin and he was quick to send me listings in the area I was looking for. He accompanied me and my wife to several properties I liked and he provided great perspective and helped us choose the right one. He did an amazing job in helping with the negotiation phase which resulted in me getting a favorable rent compared to what the market is in the area. Then came the hardest part which was dealing with a very complicated and disorganized Association, getting the approval was nothing short of a miracle and I would not have been able to get through this process without Raul and Empress' knowledge, experience and empathy. They walked us hand in hand throughout this arduous process and got us to the finish line. Talk about white glove service. We needed to move in a month and Basicaly thought it wasn’t going to happen. Raul and Empress managed to get us into an apartment in less than a month and to be able to move right away! We are extremely happy with how well they helped us and how they took there time to show us properties. We recommend them 150%, there is no one like them in this market. They are 100% honest with you and are not in it just for the money like most realtors are nowadays.Thank God for their lives.

Better late then never... Last September i had one of the easiest processes to move into my new apartment, thanks to Reality Realty, I told them what I was looking for and they went 1-1 first apartment I saw and the next morning we we’re signing a contract.
