Avis Car Rental

Very pleased with the very prompt service I received from the Avis desk at Miami International Airport. From arrival at the desk to sitting in the car took less than 5 mins.
I was also very pleased to actually get the car I requested, a Ford Mustang Convertible. After two previous rentals in the US not providing my preferred choice, I wasn’t holding out much hope this time.
An added bonus was being given the choice of three different colours as well.

I am the Avis preferred customer and I couldn’t be happier about it. Avis made the whole rental process immaculately easy. You don’t waste a single minute at their counters whether upon pick up or return of a vehicle. The app sends you all the info regarding your rental once you reach their parking lot. Their deposit amounts are very very reasonable and affordable. Selection of the vehicles is impressive and satisfying. Staff is beyond professional and knowledgeable. Will never trade Avis for any other rental service.

Rentet car at MIA. Exellent and nice customer service. Alex gave all the necessary information. I usually compare prices when renting. This time AVIS was the best alternativ. After this experience price might not be so important anymore. This was the best "renting experience" I have had in USA. Returning the car was also very easy.

Avis made it very easy for me to pick up my car. The desk clerk was very helpful and efficient at check-in. Upon return all I had to do was pull in the garage with the car and go. No waiting around for a team member to check me out. Fast and efficient.

As usual, last rental at MIA was very efficient. Vehicle was ready at the designated, clean, no need to stop at the counter, as all my data was previously made available. Same with vehicle delivery, just arrived, dropped off, and a friendly "thank you" from AVIS staff.

The reception at the agency was very professional. Upon arriving at the airport following the vehicle's landing, the vehicle was already ready. The deposit had already been taken from my card. I just had to get the vehicle vehicle vehicle from the pickup. I asked for advice from the agent she answered me quickly, everything was perfect. THANKS.

Miami is a crazy airport and the trek to the rental center from baggage claim was interminable. Once we got there, Avis Preferred process was smooth as silk. And we had a very nice agent on the return end of the trip. Well done!

I was expecting a long line at the airport and I couldn't have been more wrong. From reserving our rental online, to picking it up at the airport and then returning it to a different airport was a wonderful experience. I also did some price checking before ending up with Avis and I feel like it was a real deal.

Really fast service only took 5 minutes to all the paperwork. We got a free upgrade, and our car was not ready when we got the carpark to pick it up. Went from a family 4 door to a pickup truck at no extra cost. Easy drop off service when we returned the car. Noted the mileage and fuel ⛽ levels and dropped the keys off. No paperwork to complete.

I love Avis! Miami is a difficult airport with customs and rental car pick up and returns. With Chairman Club, we got a ride to the gate and did not have to deal with the “Miami Mover” and all that distance between the rental car are and the airport. It is first class! Go Avis!

12 days, all smooth, car in perfect condition, car had 21K miles only. Pick up personel and drop off were very helpful, specially pick up personel. I can Just recommend Avis and Miami International Airport 🙂👍

Robert at the Marathon FL Avis is the BEST rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I left my house key in my rental upon return and he went out of his way on a Sunday after hours to get me mu house key. For this I will email a Avis customer!!!
