I had a great experience with property solutions to replace my old front door with a double panel impact door.

First, company representative showed up at my house on time to take measurements and explained options for replacement door. I signed a contract and made initial payment via Zelle making the transaction smooth and easy.

Second, came the delivery and installation of the door. The delivery was made actually earlier than promised and the installation crew were very professional and completed the job promptly. They cleaned up after themselves and assured they didn’t damage my newly installed porcelain tile floor.

Lastly, customer service rep followed up with me the next day to confirm the installation went smoothly and the door was to my liking. To say the whole process was easy and without any hassle would be an understatement.

In summary, I strongly recommend property solutions if you are in need of a front door like I was or if you need to replace windows and doors for entire house.

Property Solutions did an amazing job installing Solar Panels in my house, the process was smooth and they took care of everything! Property Solutions has installed accordion hurricane shutters and solar panels for me. Recently I had a family of raccoons living under my solar panels. They came out and installed wire mesh around the panels. But to do this Christian had to make multiple trips ups d down the ladder to get them out from under the panels. He worked so hard to get them all out. Initially he got two out but the third didn’t want to leave. He tried everything for hours in the hot sun. Sweat drenching him. Never complained. Always professional and sincerely wanted to get the job done. And he did. Now I no longer have to worry about the panels being damaged and the raccoons are gone. Highly recommend Property Solutions and will call on them again for future needs.

Property Solutions installed Hurricane shutters to my 2 story home in Miramar. They did a tremendous job as they fully pulled the permits and completed the work and once it passed inspection they collected their fee which was competitive. I am extremely happy with the result as my home has a total of 33 windows and installing impact windows was out of the question. The shutters are white and strong and they make me feel safe in this South Florida wheather. Additionally, I have to say that I had 1 instance that I had to call them because being single Mom I had more questions and I had 1 issues with the very large shutters in the porch and Property Solutions promptly sent a technician to help me and I realized what I was doing wrong when opening or closing the nearly 11 feet shutters in the back porch, I needed to close or open the large shutters using both hands to prevent problems.
I just have to add that Property Solutions installed Impact Windows and sliding doors in my daughter's Home in Pembroke Pines and they did a great job as the windows feel and look strong and they slide effortlessly and securely lock. It is a great feeling to fell safe !!!!! In summary , I would recommend 100 % Property Solutions for your home needs because they back their work and their product and if you have concerms later on, they will send a Tech free of charge. Had this small size project needed to install accordion shutters at home (9 openings), the reps (sales and installation) where very knowledgeable in their approach to the project since the beginning, it can be seen they have plenty of experience in the area. I was specially glad and appreciative they took their time to find workarounds and exhibit professional and commercial flexibility to adjust the project before shortly installation to meet some specific unexpected standards required by policy from my condo association and that way keep things right and project flowing. Very responsive, serious and reliable in their work. I would recommend to friends and family. JC a very good contact point.
