The entire process was smooth and swift! The roof was replaced in less than a week, the team was very knowledgeable and quick. Wonderful company!

Z Roofing and Waterproofing in Miami is an exceptional company. I highly recommend their expertise in meeting your commercial needs. We had a business that was in dyer need of a roof repair which included a structural and electrical restore. Their employees are extremely professional, knowledgeable and the work is fine tuned to the customers expectations. Permits, not issue their team keeps you informed.

In the past my experience with roofing companies have been horrible. The service provided by Z Roofing in comparison was excellent. A coworker recommended Z Roofing when I needed to get my roof replaced. I worked with the sales representative George Borges who coordinated the job beautifully. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew worked straight through to get the roof done and they did an excellent job despite the poor condition of the roof. They were friendly, courteous and respectful. I highly recommend Z Roofing to anyone who is in search of a roofing company. I also want to say a special thanks to Tao who came out Saturday and took care of an issue no problem

I just finished working with Z Roofing to replace my roof & the level of service they provided was incredible. From start to finish it was probably the most professional experience in construction that I've received since purchasing my home and completing renovations. I signed the contract right before the holidays, they had my permit approved within a week and started working the following day. It took them 3 weeks to complete everything from requesting permit to final inspection by the city, which is exactly the schedule they had given me. They really exceeded my expectations, especially considering it was the holidays and the horror stories I have heard from others regarding backorders and materials. They will not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and it is absolutely worth every penny to not be on a mission chasing someone to complete your roof and permitting. I would choose them every time! Thank you for providing such a painless and great experience!

Z Roofing did a great job with a roof replacement job, installing both metal and flat roof on our home within a deadline we had from our insurance. The workmanship appears to be very good and the office was very responsive to our communications with them. We highly recommend them.

Luis, took care of all the licensing and issues with the city in a very prompt way. Maria, is exceptional!!! She knows everything about your roof, answers all your questions, makes sure that if she doesn't have the answer, she will find it and get back to you right away. She answers the phone every time in such a cheerful and professional manner, its so nice to speak to her. The roof was repaired and replaced on time, which is not a norm for this type of situation. The workers that came out were always very courteous, professional and cleaned up after every days job. I would highly recommend Z ROOFING, for all of your roofing needs!!!
