Laiza went above and beyond during the inspection process to ensure a thorough and honest breakdown. Her work ethic inspired confidence that using Let Us Claim was the right choice. Additionally, Manuel has been prompt and responsive in all communications and has made for a smooth process when dealing with outside parties. Let Us Claim was referred to us by our mitigation company after we notice a leak in our roof. They fought for us to get the best settlement we can get. They were honest with us the whole time, and set our expectations from the beginning.

Most of the time we worked with Laiza, she was easy to talk to, full of energy and refrained from using fancy jargon, she treated us like people not just a transaction. This was very comforting given what we had to go through with the insurance to get any compensation.

My roof was damaged due to a storm. Ins company denied my claim twice. Let us claim was referred to me by my neighbor and it was the best thing I could have done. My experience with Let us Claim was exceptional. They were helpful and guided me through every step of the process. Instead of going directly to my insurance I went to Let us Claim for a leak in my home. If it was for the insurance they only would have covered for the shower, but with Let us Claim they identified I had a mold issue and other issues. The Claim was resolved in a good time. I am grateful for Julio Lara through the full process as he always made sure to be there to support at any point of the process. Ramon the CEO was also the one who mediated my Claim and he was extreme knowledgeable and helpful. A+ experience. From the first appointment with Julio Lara, we knew this was going to be a great experience. He was very knowledgeable , he went through the whole process, explained in detail each step of the process. Before the day was over, all the appointments were scheduled, and paperwork was sent to us for review. Each step went smoothly, and when our insurance company said that they were not giving anymore for the claim, Francis Alvarado assured us that Let us claim wasn't done fighting for more. The end result is, we are getting a very nice check, and are able to afford a new roof with no out of pocket. I recommend Let us Claim to anyone who needs someone to fight the fight for them.
