Piss pour service! I was told by a guy who works there I could go to the drive thru even though I didn't have an account, and that was 8:30am. Then the teller told me after waiting 10 minutes I couldn't cash my check. Then I was 1st in line to go inside, the inside Teller told me she needed a 3rd ID, everyone else is 2! After I had to wait for them to finish their morning briefing which went past 9 am. Luckily the teller who I spoke to as she was coming to work welcomed me to her line and got me in and out quick! She deserves a raise, promotion, and to be sent to another store! At least she know's what customer service truly is.

This place is in a bad location. There are hardly any parking spots and its hard to get in and out of. Also, they are always crowded

Han perdido la calidad de servicio un solo cajero para mas de 20 personas y tardan horas en atender a sus clientes, demasiada negligencia

Este banco es una real basura ! Está lejos de mi casa ,mal ubicado con pocos parqueos disponibles , tampoco tiene cajeros en otros lugares , cuando llegue temprano ya los cajeros de afuera no funcionaban y la línea dentro era kilométrica, después me fui al único cajero que tienen por la 211 st y también estaba roto en fin me tuve que ir a mi casa sin hacer el depósito que necesitaba . Ufff que porqueria !!! Muy mal servicio , deberían de hacer mas bancos son muy pocos en la zona .
