Primera vez que vengo con Vanessa , me hice la vegatina y un corte. Quede muy satisfecha con este producto , hay mucho que decir pero la foto lo dice todo.
Y por otra parte ella una excelente profesional , con un excelente servicio , amable y la mejor en hacer pelo bailando !!

Me encanta El trabajo que hace Vanessa con mi cabello, es super cuidadosa en su tecnica de decoloracion, para no maltratar en los mas minimo el cabello, El cabello te queda super bonito espectacular y luce super sano. 100000000% Recomendado su servicios... Gracias Vane!!!

overpriced and mediocre at best. You’ll never get what you asked. Shell does whatever she wants and expects you to pay for it. Extremely unprofessional. Very messy and hectic. She’s always on her phone, which causes her to take twenty times longer than she already takes. Her “vegatina” is nothing special it’s just another keratin treatment that goes away after the first wash.

I went for highlights on my hair. Three weeks later I noticed all my hair was discolored. I have five different colors. I contacted the hairdresser, and she said “ oh,well I told you you must put a toner on every three weeks.You can’t iron it, and the sun probably made the color fade.” I hadn’t ironed my hair, and I’m not out in the sun. She never advised me of the maintenance necessary. Vanessa said “ You should know. Everyone who gets highlights knows.” I had virgin black hair. I’ve never done highlights. I asked her what maintenance would be before doing anything to my hair. I was told by her “ a toner when your hair grows, and come in to the salon for a purple shampoo wash which is once a year.” I then took more photos outdoors in bright daylight, and sent them to her so she can see you can no longer see the highlights. Again, she said I probably dyed my hair and continue to repeat that ironing fades hair. The shampoo I used was also brought up as an excuse for the terrible work done on my hair. ( She recommend the shampoo and I bought it from her). She went from wanting to see it in person to “ just call me on FaceTime. “ Same excuses were given on FaceTime, and also added “ oh, you can’t see them because you haven’t blowdried your hair. No refund was issued. I would like to add her salon and the blowdryer is not kept clean, and she does not wear a mask while working with clients. Please see photos for reference.
