Horrible experiencia

Visited this bank located at SW 8 ST & 36 Ave. My initial visit was to make a withdrawal to pay off a bill but ended up closing my account because of a very nasty & rude employee by the name of Yuliet Gonzalez. Unprofessional & lacks interpersonal skills. A big tarnish on the bank. In addition, I addressed this issue with the branch manager and by no means did this get resolved nor offered nothing by way of an apology. Horrible & disgusting best describes this bank. Taking my business elsewhere.

Went to the door and saw a sign that said "due to unforeseen circumstances the lobby is closed and use the drive-thru " i proceeded to drive to the drive-thru and the teller that looks like a vampire or valdimore from harry potter tells me they can't give me a change for $100 b/c I'm not a customer.... never banking with these people if this is the type of service they offer. 😬😂

40 minutes now...just to cash a pay check...w.t.f...worst service ever.
