Every and all of the officials are very helpful in the different divisions
I made transfers and Shaylah Culler solve everything
In the teller division Ms. Daiky and her team is always ready to asist me

LISTEN LUIS MIGUEL IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN. I had a issue with a couple of employees and he handle it the best way a manager can. Also Lahkina Gilbert is the best also. She is great hands down. I recommend her if you need a account.

Elegimos este banco. Nos sorprende la amabilidad y el servicio que tienen con el cliente. Teníamos dólares viejos y manchados, y nos lo han cambiado todos.
La atención en las cajas y de la Sra. Lisette Podetti es MARAVILLOSA!!!
Es un banco que ofrece soluciones, eso es lo que elegimos. Visitamos otros y no han sido tan agradables como el Ocean Bank. Debo decir que otros bancos no nos han aceptado billetes en mal estado. Este si! Es un banco donde puedes adquirir una cuenta y te dan facilidades. Una maravilla!!! Del 1 al 10 lo calificamos con DIEZ !!! Maravilloso personal humano.
