Starbucks

Insanely great service. Towards new years, I have no doubt they get busy. The level of service here is something I've never experienced before In a Starbucks. The coffee was great and the drinks were great. Highly recommend to anybody going to a Starbucks in the near future.

Great service here always! Anytime I'm down south, on my way back up US1 I always make sure to stop in this Starbucks because of their service and efficiency in the overall experience.

They were short-staffed. But a girl who helped me at the window was very helpful and fast. She understood that I was not used to going to starbucks and that she helped me out.

The line was long, and sometimes that is not a bad thing. It sometimes means the place is popular because the food and/or service is great. That was the case here. Fast, friendly service with a smile. Literally. I was greeted and courteously and cheerfully at the speaker and when I got to the pickup window I was greeted with a cheerful smile. All of my food was ready and I was able to quickly pay using my starbucks card and on my way again. This was my first time coming to this Starbucks location, but it won't be my last. I'm not a huge Starbucks fan in general (the coffee is pricey and really not so out of this world that I crave it in particular) but I usually will grab a cup of hot chocolate around this time of year. I will say that over recent years their menu has expanded and it's more appetizing to come and try their new food items. I had the double smoke bacon cheddar crossanwich with a banana nut bread and american coffee. I don't have any negatives to say about any of it. Each item was tasty and hot. Just the way I like my food. All in all, it was a great start to my morning. Good on you, Starbucks!

The staff here it is amazing they’re always nice and willing to go the extra mile. I left my purse sitting at one of the tables outside and someone found it and turned it in and they held onto made sure I got a return with everything in it.

So happy they released the Christmas goodies!!! Look at this travel mugs, everything this year looks spectacular. Don’t forget to say thank you on this little notes, their service is fast and kind even when they get super busy, they always take good care of every order. Thank you guys 🧡☕🍪

Their app never sent them my order and a worker there quickly made my drink and apologized for the wait. Quick and friendly service

This Starbucks has the most pleasant staff. The young man at the drive through window was so friendly. He asked me how my day was going and complimented me on the interior of my car. Has Never happened to me. The line was long but went super fast. Very pleased with my drink and service!!!

The 30 second experience I had walking in to this Starbucks after ordering through the app was beyond pleasant. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and charming. It makes me jealous of the people who get to walk in often since I live more than 25 miles away and happened to be in the area. Good job staff!

I live in the area and come often. Today May 11, 2022 @ 9:50am. I’m going to miss this Barista when she leaves- I tried to see her name tag but the way my vision is setup I would have been all up in her grill. I may not always show it with my facial expressions but she’s the best, very personable and just genuinely nice. Always a pleasure to deal with. You just can’t have a tude with her. The whole team is great, but she stands out for me…

Absolutely loved my experience here! Customer service is great and they greeted us with a warm welcome. Best service I’ve ever had! Shared jokes and had amazing conversation with the workers :D Would 100% come back here again!

I work at the planet fitness in the same plaza and have never experienced nothing but the nicest staff and in and out experience!!! Nothing but generosity and happiness!!! Drinks are amazing too🤝

Starbucks is a beautiful and a great brand here in South Florida I love the location in Pinecrest it's right on US1 it's has a drive-thru there efficient they're very friendly and they're definitely a five-star it's always clean air is very welcoming I highly recommend Starbucks.

I love the service and employees in this location. Always smiling and welcoming.

I'm going to be completely honest. I do not like starbcks due to the outspoken liberal views and political statements and decisions that the owner of the chain takes. Sell coffee, not politics.
That said, when i need a good cup and there is not a Caribou around, i will get a cup. Coffee is necessary, right? That said, we were in a hotel on vacation and it was cold and rainy, and we needed some magic stuff to warm us up.
we found the crew, every one of them, pleasant, beyond helpful. From the order take Tristan, to each and every one of the crew members working saturday, Feb 1st, about 3:30 pm, my hat goes off to you. Very friendly, excellent and quick service, great conversations, and advice on what to do where. Best experience i have had at any coffee shop, here on vacation, or back home. Job well done. clean store, inviting atmosphere, and smiles all around!

Great place to start your day! Amazing AC and seats 💺 like sofas 🛋 ✌🏻service very fast and they have Apple Pay drive thru also available! Little cozy coffee place but with 6 people ready to attend you! 5 stars ⭐ plus!

We live close to another Starbucks but Everytime we come here the drinks are just better tasting. And they seem to "get it" when you order cravings. Plus Erin is A+ customer service. As well as rest of staff. Keep it up.
