You made our family trip possible in Miami, without your service I don’t how I would have finished all my plans in Miami especially the next day during our Key West trip. I really want to thank Enrique for staying out late to provide the service for it this really showed they do really care for their customers. I can not emphasize enough about the time you picked us up was prompted and the rate for the car was excellent along with the explanation for the contract was very clear. I would certainly rent another car again from them if I am in Miami and I certainly would recommend to others…Thanks again for your service and I will most definitely give a thumbs up.

I recommend these guys! Amazing service and very fast in refund the deposit amount! Great car new and full optional, it has the Apple CarPlay feature and the full self driving package. I’ll book from Americars a car every time I go to Miami, for sure. They take me to the car rental building to the headquarter to take the car and then back to the airport when I leave them the car.

Amazing service. Car was in great condition and had every optional extra including Apple Car Play which was great for using Maps from my phone. Everything was very straight forward from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone!

This is my 5th times renting with Americars and all I can say is amazing customer service. The quote you get doesn’t change and there are NO HIDDEN FEES.They pick you up at the airport on a timely matter and once you get to their office, it takes 5 minutes to finalize the paperwork. The cars are always clean and in great conditions. Juan, Carolina and Roberto (owner) always go out of their ways to make sure that everything is impeccable and you get top service. If you’re in Florida and need to rent a car, I highly recommend Americars, you won’t regret it, 5 stars service!!!!!

We had an amazing experience with our 1-month rental with Americars. Their pricing was extremely competitive and we got a brand new car. But the real differentiator was their outstanding customer service. From the initial quotation to the final drop off at the airport we really experienced a personalized service that is so sorely missing in most companies these days. Would highly recommend Americars to anyone looking for a car rental in the South Florida are.

Car condition was excellent and clean. Really appreciated the owner’s recommendation to activate the Toll Pass, it saved a lot of time in the next couple days of driving. They don’t have shuttle bus service during weekends, so you have to call them for the airport pick up. I was once considering renting a car with the rental company that is located inside the airport, but even with navigation, FLL airport is still a maze for me.

First time to use. Very easy and straightforward to deal with. The lady at the desk provided excellent service. The car was brilliant and very economical. Drop off was as simple as could be. Will definitely use Americars again and would highly recommend to others.

Amir was very nice and helpful . He gave us directions to make sure we were at the correct place. He came in a very timely manner to pick us up . Durning the car ride he made us laugh and it was a good time . This was our first time in Florida I would definitely recommend this place for rental car!! Awesome customer service!!!

Great service from the first contact to reserve the car to the pick-up at the airport and car delivery. Returning the car was equally a perfect experience. All very good.

Perfect contact. Free reservation, you pay when you take a car. Very good price. Low deposit. You can use debit card. I got free second driver. Good car. I had no problems. No hidden costs. Pick up from and to the airport.

I booked my car reservation with Americars so I could use my American Airlines miles. I was not sure what to expect since the rental office was off the airport property. I called the office when our flight arrived and Amir picked us up within about 5 minutes of our bags arriving off the carousel. He was very personable and helpful. The overall experience was excellent for both the pickup and dropoff. I will definitely use Americars again when traveling to the Fort Lauderdale and Miami area.
