U-Save Car & Truck Rental - Miami

Firstly big shout out to Chanel who helped me out late in the night of the 20th when I rented.

The cheapest prices I've found for rental cars. They do have fairly high liability limit needed to use your own insurance ($300,000 liability) but if you do have this then you can use your own insurance. The unlimited tolls rate is only $10usd a day which is the cheapest I've seen in Miami and well worth it. Will be using them again. Also the car they lent me was brand new and very nice to drive.

Great Price and conveniently right across the street from the Airport Rental Car Center. Also they dropped me right back to the terminal after the rental return. Great Value for money. Paid $128 total for 4 days rental including the $10/day toll package (which is a must for Miami)!

We rented from USave for our weekend trip in Miami. The car was new and clean and the customer service was excellent. The guys were very friendly and did everything to make our pick up and drop off smooth and easy. Will definitely be renting from them on my next trip

While you may have read some bad reviews. I believe it's mostly people not reading the terms of the rental before booking because their pricing is cheap. I prepaid online on their website (accepts Amex)

In terms of the security deposits and insurance. It was clear to me and wasn't a problem

I got a clean car, was picked up from airport and dropped off at the airport too.

All in all, I have no complaints. All I will advice is read the terms surrounding the security deposit and insurance.

The best rental place with best customer service. Chanel and Mauricio had exceptional customer service skills. They make everything easy and we’re able to turn my trip around with the car rental.

We had a pleasant experience at this location. The staff was super efficient and friendly. As long as you come prepared and understand that this is a budget rental, have your insurance and/or include any additional liabilities and fees to your budget, it’s easy breezy.

U save definitely saved us today my partner and I we late for our flight and Maurisio took us to Airport super friendly! The bus ride with Jose Miguel was also fantastic! Chanel the girl at the front desk is amazing!

Really affordable prices, the customer representatives made my experience and all requests smooth and easy, on top of that I was extremely lucky to get the brand new Nissan Altima which was an absolutely amazing car to drive! I also extended my lease and yet again the process was quick and easy. Shuttle service to the airport is available upon request and it was a 2 minute easy ride.
Honestly, there isn't one thing I could complain about (surprisingly)
Even when there was an accidental overcharge due to some system issue they refunded me the difference no problem.

Great experience overall, especially if you know what to expect. Mauricio was great upon returning the car, and even drove me directly to the terminal. This was super helpful as I was running behind to catch my flight. Note: If you’re not going to purchase their insurance, make sure you bring your insurance declaration page and make sure you have at least $300,000 in collision coverage, otherwise they will force you to pay for their insurance. I would definitely rent again, an no they didn’t pay me for this review. I understand everyone’s experience is going to be different.

I recommend this car rental company. Sooo Much cheaper than all others that was available. They do charge $10 a day for tolls. Which you may not need to purchase. You can use toll free roads to get almost anywhere in Miami (by using google maps). Even paying for the $10 a day toll fees it was still less than half the price of what other competitors was charging. I don’t know if others do that in Miami but I experienced that at other car rentals not in Miami. Customer service was great. It maybe a little slow with just one person working there but he was very helpful. Just make sure your personal auto insurance coverage liabilities is $300,000 or more. That will save you money also. They also send updates and directions via text msg which I found helpful When they tell you to take the MIA MOVER, that is their air train.

Was great fast rental car cheaper than the rental cars in the airport. 7 days rental Toyota Corolla was less than $200. Definitely will rent again just make sure you have 2k deposit available or you will have to pay daily to reduce the deposit amount. Overall was a great deal for the price and size of the vehicle.

Smooth process , Great Customer service. I Didn't get the car I was hoping for but Nontheless the Toyota Camry I did get was 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I'm using them again when I Touch back Miami
