SIXT Rent a Car

I often use the services of SIXT I always like it, especially their partnership with BMW, they are always cool cars for reasonable money! Easy booking, attentive and polite staff! Stay cool, I'm your client!

SIXT is my favorite car rental company. Their fleet is top notch and well maintained. Definitely will use this location again when renting another car in Miami.

This place and service by Tony was amazing.
The car we reserved wasn’t clean or was already rented(not sure) but not to worry Tony saved the day! He upgraded us at NI additional costs and only asked us to bring the truck back on full. I would definitely recommend this company. The rates were great and the service was even better. Thanks Tony!!

This is only the second time I've rented a car. My experience with Sixt was great! Finding the rental desk was very easy. We were met by a very nice man who offered us bottled water. He showed us where we had to go to pick up the car, which was very easy to find. The car we ended up with was an upgrade from what I paid for, which was a happy! The return process was simple. The only complaint I had was...the windshield had bug guts all over it. Minor, but something that really bothers me. They should at least clean the windshields between rentals.

Everything went well, and both the pickup and return processes were very easy. I did all the processes remotely, of course, except for the passing of the car ;) It was a really nice surprise to get a brand-new car with only 1,000 miles on it.

Fantastic rental experience. I arrived earlier than the reservation, however, Daniel warmly welcomed me to Miami and quickly got me in the rental to start my vacation. The car was clean and a blast to drive.
At one point, I thought I lost my wallet at the rental counter. Although Sixt’s lost and found system is trash, Dennis and Daniel were thoughtful and offered to search around the office in case they had it. Turns out the wallet was back in my hotel. I still couldn’t thank them enough for taking the time to look.
I dropped the car off at 4, and although no one was present in the garage to receive the car, I bumped into Dennis again at the front desk and he quickly facilitated drop off so I could get to my flight in time.
Service at this location is top-notch. Looking forward to renting with Sixt again here.

We had a great experience from Sixt. The most efficient staff I have ever seen is working there. We didn’t receive a car that we booked but Dennis and manager has done everything to get us a Ford Mustang GT next day. We are really appreciate plus experience of driving a GT made a trip more fun:) The check in and out was so quick and smooth. I always using Sixt and that was a right choice to used again. Thank u.

I had a positive experience with Sixt. Pick-up was easy; it probably took around 10 minutes. I wasn't forced into any unnecessary fees, unlike some other companies who do that. My 330i was practically new, with a fresh new car smell on the interior. Very clean on the inside and outside. The return process was easy. My car plates were adorable too lol.

Rented a car here, our car was not available so got a free upgrade. Altogether the price was very fair and the car was amazing. Never driven an SUV before but this X540i was great. It was also very easy to add options such as toll road passes online. Would recommend!

I recently had a remarkable encounter at Miami Airport with a gracious Spanish lady named Zeli. As I was transitioning my black Mustang, her assistance was invaluable. Zeli swiftly organized a solution to a parking error, making me feel exceptionally catered for. I am deeply grateful for her help and believe she is an asset to the airport staff. The experience was phenomenal. It was great. The guy that helped us his name was Jose. He was so patient kind understanding. We are definitely going to work directly with this company because they are just so phenomenal and awesome. The customer service is one of the best I’ve ever seen with a car, rental company and sixt is the best. The car was clean it smelled nice. It was running 100% like it was amazing.

Wow! They are amazing. Excellent app to manage all related to your booking. Easy and quick front desk attention. Vehicles are new and you received more than expected. We rented a compact vehicle and received a SUV instead.

Highly recommended! We came from Europe and had tons of unnecessary worries about car rental. Everything went as smoothly as possible. We rented a specific car weeks before we traveled. When we got to the airport we had very accurate directions at the sixt app (the airport is marked pretty well too). You have to take the airport train to get to the rental. The whole process is as quick as finding you a key and giving it to you. They email you the car damage but it's highly recommended to take some pictures before just to make sure. We didn't purchase the sun pass or any kind of toll and got really worried about it. It came out that there is an option in the app to purchase car toll for your whole rental (even for the past few days). We loved that option. The return was easy and smooth and there was no hidden costs! We LOVED our car! Recommend!

I picked up a car, at 5:30 am, but I had to make two changes from the original reservation. The employee who helped me Franco, went really out of his way to help me, I’m so impressed. The fact that they are open 24 hours really helped me a lot. I am really impressed with the customer service the Sixt team in Miami provides. Will definitely use them again…
Update: here we are a week later, I had made a car rental reservation with Dollar, when I went to the counter to pick up my car, I was told that there was a 2-hour wait, because they were out of cars and because I had made my reservation less than 24 prior. I had a meeting I couldn’t miss so I had to find another way, I went to Sixth and, once again, they were able to help me and get me a good deal on a car right there and then, with no prior reservation. I was out of there and in my car in 20 minutes. Mateo was my representative, he was great.

Great company to work with! Easy check in with the mobile app. We saved so much time by going straight to get the keys instead of having to go wait in the lines at the counter. The employee that helped me was very friendly and courteous. The vehicle was better than expected. We enjoyed our time driving around in the suv. When we brought the vehicle back there was a slight miscommunication on where to drop off the vehicle. The employee was helping a customer leave. I think he thought I was with him and waved me through the exit. I stopped once I figured out I went too far. I went to figure out what I should do next. I was greeted by a very friendly young man who helped me check the vehicle back in . Even though I wasn’t in the right area he was super helpful and had a very positive attitude. Very pleased with all parts of my experiences with Sixt. I look forward to working with this company again in the future.

Excellent pickup experience, collected keys within minutes. No paperwork to complete, everything on the app. No hard sell, no long queues of customers (unlike others agencies in the same area). Great car, BMW was unexpected and a nice experience.

I would definitely suggest renting your next vehicle from Sixt. From start to finish the process was so smooth. The employees were professional and very helpful in every way. The vehicle was brand new which is always reassuring when you are traveling. They will get my business in the future.

First time customers and will definitely rent here again. After stopping at several other places, Sixt was the only one to have availability and offer one-day, one-way rentals. Maria was the sweetest and got us on our way in 5 minutes!
