It is very rare for me to write a review. However, from time to time, I receive service that goes wildly beyond my expectations, and I feel compelled to let others know the specifics of my experience. I have been dealing with Apple Insurance and Financial Services for the past 8-9 years for my family's health care needs. Before making the switch to "Apple Insurance", I was dealing with another local company that also handled my family's Blue Cross/Blue Shield needs. However, at the time, I always felt that our account wasn't being handled in such a way that provided my family with the best plan for our needs. Of course, knowing very little about the health care industry, I had no way of proving that. Feeling uncomfortable, I made the decision to switch our account to Apple Insurance in hopes that our needs would be handled in a more caring way. Since starting our relationship with Apple Insurance, i've been dealing with Sharon Zilberman, one of Apple's agents. Since day one, Sharon has treated us like family. In fact, at the very beginning, Sharon was able to point out the fact that we were on a plan that not only was the wrong plan for our needs, but that for years, we were spending over $300/month more than was necessary. While I was shocked at what Sharon was telling me, I was more shocked at the amount of time she spent with me and my wife to not only make sure that my family had the proper health insurance moving forward, but with her expert knowledge on the various plans offered by Blue Cross, she ended up saving us over $3,000 annually. It's one of those rare times, where an agent actually put their customer's needs before their own. If you're like me, where health plans are extremely confusing, Apple Insurance is the first call you should make. If you're looking for an agency to assist you with your health plan needs, where you are treated as if you were their family, your search has ended! I can't thank Apple Insurance for making what seems like a difficult decision to make, one that was as simple as 1-2-3.

I received a call from Matthew and he gave me money saving information for no cost. He obviously called to help me with insurance needs but I already had a plan. I probably sound like a commercial but he truly called and gave me information without anything in return!!
