CVS Pharmacy

This store is always very busy but the staff makes it a good experience. From the people that help in the store front to the pharmacy team. Thank you for the patience with all of us and doing your best to take care of us.

Staff is amazing. Not only did they have the medicine that I urgently needed but they helped me find the brand and helped me get the best deal.

Great 24 hour pharmacy, had no problems with staff and the pharmacist was knowledgeable.

Good that they are open for 24 hours. But they never pickup the phone.

It’s safe to say this pharmacy is well below customer expectations with all the other reviews here. My experience is really no different, longer than necessary lines throughout the day, the pharmacists or people behind the counter seem to have no sense of urgency to get things going(slow like that Sloth character in Zootopia), don’t bother calling as you’ll be hung up as you wait or worse stay on hold till you hang up. I’m surprised with all the poor comments here that it’s still the same. Either the management team at this location or company itself doesn’t feel the need to make obvious improvements to the overall experience

I was on hold for over 35 min to try and speak to someone in the pharmacy. Then they hung up on me.I used 2 other phone and still no one answer and the system put me on hold. I went to Walgreens and got my Rx transfer to them. Luckily i can't give a 0 stars. Don't bother to take your Rx to them go anywhere else, you will be treated better. I was calling to ask a question about my Rx, that tells me the pharmacist or CVS doesn't care about you.

The service is terrible in the pharmacy area, the patients' medicines are never on time, most of the staff always have a bad face. Worse impossible, very rude
