We celebrated my mother's birthday last night, and the service and warm feeling that the staff displays is truly priceless. Feels like family . Our waitress was amazing. She handled a large party with ease. She was always smiling and patient with all of us . Party of 15 ( with kids) . Will be back again .

I have been going to Cayo since the early 2000's, and after all these years it doesn't disappoint. The fish selection is impressive with a variety of fresh options. What sets them apart is an outstanding selection of sauces, my personal favorite is the "Aurora". The Ambiance is nice and the staff are attentive. If you're looking for a spot with top notch seafood this is the place.

Celebrated a birthday and our server Laura made the occasion memorable and special. Even though we were a large group she went over every item with grace and even surprised the birthday girl with her favorite - flan and icecream. The food also came out on time and was fresh. Will definitely come back.

We love to go to Cayo Esquivel at SW 40th Street. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is top-notch. Our server, Eugenia, was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. She always listens and places her customers’ interests first. The prices are fair, and the portion sizes are very good. We highly recommend Cayo Esquivel.

Came to this restaurant on a friends recommendation. Am I glad I did. Great food and service. Many things to choose from on the menu. The flavors and quality were spot on. 100% Recommend.

Food was really good
Service was ok, we ordered 2 Fish croquetas 2 Frituras de Bacalao and a Fish Dip for appetizer. We share filete de Corvina in White Sauce it was delicious.
For dessert we got a Flan de Coco also very good.
the only reason why I give 4 stars is because the Frituras de Bacalao and the fish dip wasn't that good.
But overall i planing of going back to tey something else.

Cayo Esquivel is one of my favorites sea food restaurants in Miami. It offers a great variety of fresh sea food options and Cuban dishes. The restaurant has a warm and relax atmosphere with a prompt and excellent service Cayó is a great spot for a nice dinner or lunch. Highly recommended

My husband’s and I, really love the paella, OMG, the best paella 🥘 and the price is worth it. And the service is excellent , when we go there this what we always order, and we live in Fort Lauderdale and we drive all the way there to eat that excellent paella. 🥘😋😋😋😋😋

On Saturday I visited this restaurant and I really liked Yadira's attention as my waitress and the food was excellent. I highly recommend it.

I went here as I've been driving past this restaurant for a few years and have never eaten here. The food was pretty good. The seafood barbeque or mariscos de paradilla was very good. I actually ate this pretty quickly. I also had some crab cakes as an appetizer. They were lump crab meat and pretty good. This came with a small salad and some sweet plantains. Overall this was a very good meal and I do recommend

The attention is excellent. Mr. Lázaro is super excellent. He attended us very friendly and the service is fast. They have a wide variety in the menu. I recommend everyone the staff and the place, especially at the service of Mr. Lázaro 🥰🙏
