The MGA trip to Cuba far exceeded my expectations. Michael had lined up beautiful places to stay and superb local guides. Kelly had arranged for wonderful places to dine. Besides Michael & Kelly, we had a guide and bus driver that stayed with us the entire trip.I have already told my friends about this wonderful trip. If you have interest in Cuba, I highly recommend traveling with MGA!

I have booked a few cruises with MGA Travel and I am always amazed at the thoroughness and promptness of Michael and his team. Our most recent experience was a trip with the Outlander Society to Greece and a cruise to the Greek Isles and Dubrovnik. Michael and his wife Kelly led the group of 20 and were on top of everything at all times. We stayed in the finest hotel in Athens, the Grande Bretagne, and it was magnificent. We toured together and had a dinner together at a local restaurant and it was excellent. Michael took care of every detail on the cruise itself aboard the amazing Celebrity Apex. He arranged a group departure at the end of the cruise so we all had our own coach to the airport so none of us were ever on our own trying to figure things out. In the last 8 months I have taken 2 major trips with MGA Travel - in 2023 to Alaska, and very recently to Argentina/Antarctica. Both trips were spectacular. Tom and Marge Mugno were excellent hosts for Alaska which included a cruise segment, as well as an excursion into Denali. Michael and Kelly Graham hosted the Antarctica trip, as part of MGA’s Outlander Society. I cannot adequately express the service they provide to Outlander clients - they go to extraordinary lengths to ensure the experience is the best that it can be. It is simply the best customer care I have ever received.

We traveled the Danube with Michael. It was a wonderful experience The thing that made it so good is that all the details were perfect. There was so much great comaraderie. If you
use Michael you will not be dissapointed.

Just came back from a wonderfully planed trip to Maine with Micheal and Kelly. The perfect amount of excursions mixed with down time to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. They not only take care of everything you need while traveling, they even check the next day to be sure you got your luggage. (Lol ) Lots of love for them .

Michael Graham has been my husband and my travel "partner" for 7 years (give or take). We have traveled the world with his assistance and guidance. We just got back from an amazing trip to Egypt and Jordon. It was hands down the best trip we have ever taken! It was a small group of 16 plus Michael and Kelly. This trip was uniquely designed and hosted by Michael. We literally stayed in palaces and the finest hotels. No detail was skipped...that saying a lot with all the international and US Covid hoops to jump through. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him!

Just wanted to let you know that our trip last week (Viking Ocean Cruise Iceland's Natural Beauty) was fabulous. I know you had concerns about it being the “first trip” but it was wonderful. Viking did exactly what they said they would do as far as health protocols so we also felt safe. We were told (and I cannot confirm or refute) that the ship had its full complement of staff but only about half the passengers (the staterooms on either side of us were empty). The attention was incredible! The on board staff was beyond excellent and we got the sense that they were truly thrilled to be back on board.

Iceland is a beautiful country and we got to see it. The tours were great, the guides were great and, as a plus, the weather was glorious (sunny and 55-60 almost each day). The food was great as usual.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We were on a Celebrity Apex cruise that Michael and Kelly hosted in September 2021 to Greece and Croatia. Both Michael and Kelly were exceptional hosts, not to mention fun! They kept our group of about 20 people well informed and were always available if we had questions. I would highly recommend MGA Travel, and will definitely use them for all of our future cruises.

I just recently returned home after a 2 week tour of Egypt and Jordan. Michael put the whole thing together and was part of the 16 person touring group, it was amazing! No details were left out and our accommodations were top notch. The tours were incredible and allowed flexibility or adjustments within their structure. I started this trip knowing 1 other person and left with 14 new friends, Michael being one of them. I’m happy to say I found a travel agent for life.

My family and I booked a 7 night Alaskan cruise with Michael Graham at Cruise Planners. It was AMAZING! Michael handled every detail and went above and beyond making our trip smooth and easy! The cruise ship was very nice, our excursions were so much fun, and Alaska was breathtaking! We highly recommend Michael Graham with Cruise Planners for all your vacation needs!!

Our Athens Apex cruise including Dubrovnik and some of the Greek Isles was amazing. MGA travel arranged a great trip. It's always a treat to travel with Michael and Kelly and the Outlander Society Group. The 2 days in Athens were wonderful. the Grand Bretagne Hotel is just stunning and the staff treated us like royalty. Michael and Kelly arranged a delicious dinner at a local restaurant. Everything on the Celebrity Apex was amazing too from our room, to the food, all the amenities the ship had to offer and the staff. We are very grateful to MGA travel and especially Michael and Kelly for making this a trip we will always cherish.

Totally Impressed

It was a fun and interesting trip to Portugal and Spain with Michael and Kelly Graham. Their touches were throughout enhancing what was already a great itinerary. BUT their dedication and expertise really came to the fore when 10 of us tested positive for COVID the day before we were to return to the USA. That’s when their value made the difference. It could have been a scary, miserable experience but the Grahams sprung into action making all necessary arrangements, keeping tabs on us to make sure we were well, arranging dinners, and finally getting the Certificates necessary for us ALL to fly home when we’d met the requirements. They refused to leave Spain until all of us boarded our planes. Afterward, Michael even made himself available to assist with our travel insurance claims. The COVID test requirements have since been lifted, but we now know firsthand MGA’s commitment to their clients’ safety and comfort. Paul & Rosalie Barry

We booked with Michael just before Covid took over and we had to postpone our plans. He was most helpful getting through the process of rescheduling, applying credits and refunds. It is so comforting knowing we have an excellent and knowledgeable travel advisor for all of our future trips! Definitely recommend him and his team!

As a former travel & tour consultant, I am pretty particular about my travel needs and who handles them. We took the Viking Grand European river cruise and it was probably the best trip we've ever been on. Great time and memories galore!!

The attention to detail was outstanding !. Our group did not have to worry about any aspect of the trip. Every question was answered and every dot was accounted for. The courtesy and patience he showed to all was beyond excellent. Our group was lucky to have him accompany us as a tour manager. The trips were well planned and exactly as promised. Every anticipation was met and those we didn't know we had.

Just returned from a Europe Trip on Viking what a beautiful part of the world and a relaxing way to see it. This was a 15 day along the Rhine, Danube Rivers. From Holland's windmill to Germany's fairytale castles, from Danube Canal to the vineyards of Austria's Valley and then on to Budapest, Hungary what a wonderful experience. I have been on SOS cruise, Alaskan, Italy and now the great Viking Grand European River Boat Cruise with a fantastic Booking Agent and Tour Guide Michael Graham and his wife Kelly Graham. Our room on the ship was wonderful and the service was great. I want to say thank you Michael and Kelly you went out of your way to make sure everyone was enjoying their time and answering all questions, I also enjoyed the friendship of old and new friends I meet along the way. Getting ready for SOS at Sea III in October. I would like to thank all of your staff at Take The Trip you all did a excellent job.

We booked our Viking Mediterranean Odyssey cruise and Venice pre-stay with Michael at his inaugural Cruise & Travel expo. We traveled with another couple, two close friends in Myrtle Beach, who also booked with Cruise Planners. In just about every aspect, this trip exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful and memorable cruise experience from Viking and Cruise Planners and look forward to more in the future.

Michael and Kelly did everything possible to make this trip to Egypt and Jordan a trip of a lifetime.
The best hotels in the greatest locations, knowledgeable tour guides, well planned dining experiences and very complete itineraries. They altered events based on their read of the group making this ”on the go”customized. Their social nature created fun, encouraged friendships and made lasting memories.
They also made sure we all had the COVID required documents promoting easier travel between countries and at airports. If we had done this by ourselves the stress would have been huge and connections may have been missed. By covering many optional items we were not “nickeled and dimed”, so traveled more relaxed. Clearly a 5 star experience.
