Redcon1 Gym

We love this place. As a bodybuilder I needed to expand as far as the equipment I used to train and this gym has so many different pieces that have you moving in different ways and working different muscle groups. They have a great weekend. Membership that's $35 a month, which allows you 2 visits a week (8 visits a month) and you get 30% off all supplements all the time. I live in West Palm so this is the perfect membership for me. Go get it on at redcon!

very cool gym lots of interesting unique machines If you're looking for something you're not going to find anywhere else this is your gym. If you're looking for 145 lb dumbbells this is your gym. MUCH LIKE GOLD'S GYM You're probably going to feel small here but just you focus on you. Great place overall thought it came in. I just wish it was closer to West Palm Beach.

Excellent gym, a bit smaller than the Nashville gym, but tons of weights and equipment. Some unique stuff I never trained on before, can't wait to return! $25 for a day pass

Best bodybuilding gym in South Florida bar-none! From the lighting, to the atmosphere, to the plethora of unique equipment not found anywhere else…this is the place to be if you are serious about getting in an incredible workout.

This gym is for the hardcore athlete. It's huge, amazing array of weights and equipment.

First of all I want to say how thankful I am for this gym. Before I got a membership here I use to go to Planet Fitness, but is nothing compared to Redcon1. When I first went in the gym I felt like a kid in the candy store. I also am very thankful for the staff team. Everyone is very friendly, outgoing, and always looking out for the best of the gym. One problem I noticed later on was that people did not know how to re-rack the weights. There is also been some rumors lately about how Shannon who recently joined the team; how he is a tuff guy, but he is just looking out for the gym, just like any other staff does. As you get to meet the staff team you find out that everyone is cool. Remember you got a mirror of the energy tou want to receive back from someone. The better the environment the better of a workout you can have. Overall this gym is very amazing and I would recommend to someone who wants to improve physically, mentally, and spiritually. VIP membership too, totally worth it !

Great gym. All the equipment you'll ever need and more than enough quantity and space to get things done and be in and out without delays.

awesome gym. was member here for a while. not a member anymore because i really enjoy my home gym. but if i was to join a gym again it would definetly be Redcon1 gym.

I’m in town for the week and just had my first workout at RedCon1. The equipment is awesome, a great mix of new stuff and some older machines with a great feel. Lots of people training hard. Shannon at the front desk was great. He gave a full tour showing us all around. I can’t wait to come back to FL to train here again.

Buddy of mine brought me here today now that gyms are finally open again! Got to say was really impressed! Bruce and Gabe are really on top of their game. You can tell these guys really have a passion for this gym, by just talking to them about it, and their plans for the future!

As it stands this is one of the better gyms I've seen if you're serious about lifting. Awesome equipment, and really cool atmosphere. Really easy to get on the machine you want too.

I'd definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area who takes their personal health, and fitness seriously. I'll be back.

By far the most phenomenal gym I have trained at in the South Florida area. Lots of pro level athletes training around you which adds crazy energy and motivation. Facility is filled with imported, state of the art machines I guarantee you will not find at any other gym, like the standing chest press. Staff is super welcoming and inviting, members are very communal, respectful and friendly which is awesome. So stoked to have found this gym, my new home!

A brand new experience for me! I was suggested to visit this place by my coach in Bay Area, California. They offered to me a day to try out the gym when I offered to pay for day trial; there were no furthee questions asked, no time taken out for formalities check with member accounts person, no pressure, none.. Staff is super nice and helpful all the while. And the gym itself looks like a trendy club or lounge more than a gym! If you love it, - great 😃, and if you don't love it, and I can't imagine it personally, but no one asks you any questions, no one takes offense. You get in, sign guest waver, get out. And if you feel extra nice, you can tell the front desk about your amazing experience on the exit ☺ and that you are definitely joining once you move here 😝♥☝. Best gym in south Florida. I drive 45 minutes just to train here. Staff is very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Lots of equipment, especially higher end, and very clean. Staff is walking around every minute maintaining cleanliness. Staff is very knowledgeable about supplements and equipment and they're eager to help with any questions, and even give out samples. Highly recommend!

Awesome! Very unique and RARE equipment. Body building based gym , and the other attendees are very motivating to be around , friendly, and not intimidating like I thought it might be. A trainer who wasn't with anyone at the moment was kind enough to take the time to show me a few machines I never used. She was so sweet & she spent a good 10/15 minutes showing me around.
Go here if you want a change and a positive pump of motivation!!!

I LOVE this gym its not like the other gyms not overcrowded, there’s real trainers in there people with real results I recommend this place for anyone ,best gym in palm beach county .

Unlike any other gym in south Florida. High energy and positive atmosphere, very friendly members and staff. You will find unique equipment at this facility that you cannot find at your standard gym. Tons of squat racks and benches; not an issue to find one thats open.

Awesome meathead gym. I felt like I was in the Salty Spitoon from SpongeBob where you have to prove you’re tough enough to attend this gym by eating a bowl of nails or something. Where’s the concept2 rowing machines though!? Seems pretty standard these days. Cool gym overall!
