Dr. Tyrance and his staff are amazing!!! From the moment I walked into the office until I met with Dr. Tyrance it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. I actually told my daughter I felt like I was in a spa setting. Beautiful and clean offices and the ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and professional. I felt so tranquil and at ease and Dr. Tyrance answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly providing me the best option for the bursitis in my knees. Should a doctor’s visit be a happy, educational, relaxing, and pain-free experience? My mom’s visit with Dr. Tyrance was just that and more. The office staff was professional and cordial and Dr. Tyrance was magnificent. He offered several treatment options and explained each procedure thoroughly. Dr. Tyrance is amazing! He's very detailed in his examinations. My husband and I had lost touch with him, by the grace of God we asked around and found out where he moved to. He had moved 35 min from our area. We didn't care , we started seeing him in his practice in Delray Beach . He doesn't rush you, you are not waiting for hours and his office staff is very kind. He is so down to earth, you don't get doctors like this anymore. He's one of kind. Thank you Dr. Tyrance and staff!

I am 3 months post opp from ACL surgery with Dr. Tyrance. I’m running, exercising and soon to be golfing / playing sports again. Could not have had a better surgical experience and support in months following. Dr. Tyrance is a professional and I am grateful to be a patient.

Dr. Tyrance is truly the best! I’ve been to many orthopedic doctors in the past and his care for his patients is amazing.
