Publix Super Market at Addison Centre

As usual at the public's all the workers seem happy. That is a wonder in itself. Especially since in other supermarkets, it's just the opposite. This is a very nice Publix in all sorts of ways. Especially the guys at the deli, and the buy one get one free, which is always my favorite.

I consistently find that the friendliness of everyone at this establishment is amazing. I had a very memorable experience due to the customer service and attentiveness by the employees. I frequently find that old fashioned customer service is a thing of the past.

Excellent customer service staff, especially MATT who has assisted me on a few occasions. It is very impressive to see a staff member work very well under pressure and able to multi task very efficiently, especially right before a possible hurricane. Great leadership skills and thank you for a great shopping experience.

The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly. They have new self checkouts that have made it even easier and faster. A bonus is that during peak shopping hours, every register is open. Unlike super center nearby, that makes people wait a very long time to check out because they can't be bothered with hiring enough staff and treating customers like they matter.

I simply love the convenience of this store. From it's location to every product's placement on display. It's so clean and organized. The associates are professional, kind and helpful.

Best Publix for my area. Helpful associates with hands on management team. Bathrooms are clean, isles are clear, the deli is superb with hot foods and quick friendly service. It is well lit and well stocked for all of my shopping needs. Wheelchair and handicap friendly when I take my mom to shop with me.

My Amigo in the deli who makes my subs Always is perfect every time. He takes pride in his sandwiches. Thank you sir mucho gusto

The customer service is beyond good compared to any other south florida retailer. That's why they get 5 stars. Yes for some things you pay more but you have to look at it like investing into better customer support staff.

I think all Publix shopping centers are great, and this one is no exception. The employees are so nice & they're always very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. The pharmacy is also very good.

Only reason I'm taking the time to write this review is because of Tiyler, a young charismatic gentlemen that attended to my sub order today. He cut more cheese for me after he saw they were low and served me my side sauces without huffing and puffing. I think he deserves to be a part of management after he smiled throughout and said thank you. His customer service skills are a rare find these days. It was definately a pleasure shopping at Publix today, Thank you!
