The sales staff was very helpful I had a little baby kitten and I wasn't sure how to take care of it they helped me understand the special needs of the kitten I was told that he was 10 weeks old and he's only five and a half weeks old big difference

I usually shop at the Clyde Morris location due to the tarantulas at Nova Road in Port Orange. Today I decided to be brave since the Nova Road location is more convenient on my way home from work. I was in search of a new food for my Great Dane, Captain that would help with his allergies. I was greeted by Logan. He was very polite and helpful to me. He even checked the back to see if they had a smaller bag to try. At check out the store manager who was also very nice told me that Logan is one of his newer employees. I have been in customer service for many years and really appreciated the service I was given. I would definitely recommend this location and will even brave my phobia to return for such great customer service. Oh, and Captain loved his new food!

Brought both my dogs there to use the bathing facilities. They provided us with clean bathing areas, several types of shampoos and conditioners, towels, blow dryer; everything needed to wash the fur babies. Being as we have two large dogs with a lot of hair, this was very convenient and effective for us. Service was great and the pups even got a free treat at the end of their baths.

Love the dog and cat treats for our pets , we also get all of our lizards crikets and super worms here as well . Great friendly help from the employees.

First impressions were very good. The employee I met was very cheerful and helped me choose the correct flea medication for my 3 cats. This was on a Black Friday, and he even price matched it with a lower price from the chewy website. I left a happy customer and will gladly return.

This is my second time going into this store and each time I have the gentleman that worked there always so helpful! Found some kitty cat food for snacks that my kitty likes. Check it out! :-)

They are afraid of the lizard I bought from them last month. Collectively, we agreed to call him "The Beast."

As usual the service I receive here is always on point. If I had to give one deficiency it would only be that you can no longer pay in advance for curb side pick up any longer. The employees are great as is the service andi can not say that enough.

Been having trouble getting my new/used fish tank up ans running. Went in and spoke to Devon and she explained everything to me and helped me get it up and running. Cant wait to go back and see her again and hopefully get some fish!

Friendly helpful staff. Store has nice selection and always clean. Dog bathing station also.

Friendly staff. Each time I've been in the store, staff is cleaning and caring for the pets they have for sell, that I TRULY appreciate as clean cages, food and water bowls are a necessity for their (animals) health. Kudos to the staff and management.

The girl at checkout was able to answer my questions
