Kathryn did a phenomenal job selling our Father's home after helping us navigate through the probate process. We all live multiple states away, so Kathryn served as our "boots on the ground" by coordinating with contractors and utility companies. Not only did she assist with many activities outside the scope of her normal duties, she also closed a deal WAY above asking price. I can't recommend Kathryn enough!

Simply the BEST!! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. We have bought and sold over 8 homes and have worked with many realtors over the years. Kathryn is the total package and the best one we have ever worked with! We had the privilege of working with her on the sale of our home in December 2022- right at the time that you didn't want to be selling. She advised us on what to do to get the home in prime selling condition while getting the biggest return on our investment. She had many contacts to help us find individuals to do the needed work, and on our timeline too!! Not only was she great, but her recommendations for contractors were also great! Her instinct on pricing was spot on! She includes vignette staging as part of her services which just added so much to the appeal of the home. We got an offer on day 1, a second offer on day 2 and yet a third offer on day 3!!! She was great at helping us negotiate to get the best deal, and we managed to have a back up offer and ended up with 20K over asking. Kathryn was fantastic from start to finish. She is very kind and also a fabulous communicator and kept us informed the entire time. I was never left wondering what the status of the situation was. She was always checking in. I seriously cannot say enough good things about her. I recommend her 1000%!! If you want to sell your house fast, and for top dollar- call her right away. Our realtor’s name was Suzette and she was incredibly responsive, as we had lots of questions as first-time home-buyers. Michelle kept us updated as to the status of our closing almost daily, so that we were always up to date (including detailed moving lists and utility recommendations). We just moved into our home and we are so grateful to the team for the support throughout the home buying process!

I have NEVER left a review for a Realtor before. I've worked with a few over my lifetime, but none have compared to Kathryn and her team. I mean that so sincerely. I lost my brother last March and my siblings and I all had to deal with his estate in Marietta (each of us live in a different state), but not first without significant work on the backyard and house. We interviewed 4 different Realtors in GA - all seemed proficient and were referred to us - but Kathryn stood out. We never regretted choosing her for one second!

It took us several months to go through and clear out my brother's home, and Kathryn helped us along the way with recommended vendors and keeping us up to date on the progress. She remained patient when my siblings and I had questions, participated in multiple Zoom and conference calls with us, answered all our emails, proatively called us when she had information, walked us through what we needed before and after inspection and all the way through the closing - all long distance. She also helped keep us on task (not easy with three separate "sellers"!) and the whole entire sale moving forward. When we finished the work on the house and finally got it completely cleaned out, Kathryn got it listed, sold (and closed!) in record time. BTW, her selling strategy is phenomenal - there were LITERALLY 29 families LINED UP for our first open house,. My brother's neighbors said they had never seen anything like it (and neither have I). We had multiple offers in two days.
