Isaiah just completed putting in my new water heater and did a great job! The old water heater wasn't draining very quickly and Isaiah was able to resolve that issue. He is a very nice, young man and is a definite asset to Superior Plumbing.

Woke up this morning to a leaking water heater. Called Superior and they sent Jason out. I can't express enough how GREAT Jason was! He figured out what was happening and gave us a cost effective solution that did not require replacing the water heater itself. I'm not sure if others would have looked to see if it was our gas control valve or just said we needed an entire new unit. Really nice guy! Thanks Jason! And thanks Superior!😉👌

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Quigg and his assistant Jake, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their exceptional service. They installed a brand new, high-quality electric water heater in my garage, and the entire experience was nothing short of outstanding.

From the moment they arrived, Nick and Jake conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. They took the time to explain everything to me, including the fact that my water pressure was too high due to a failing prc valve. They identified a big giant leak in my pan just as it was leaking onto the garage floor, and their quick thinking and expertise saved me from potential water damage.

The installation process was quick and efficient, and I am delighted to report that the new water heater works like a champ. Knowing that I have a 10-year warranty on the water heater gives me peace of mind. Nick and Jake truly went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard.

Our old plumber had retired and a neighbor had recommended Superior Plumbing to us based on her experience. It turned out to be a great choice. Everyone was professional from booking the appointment to the actual service. Ronnie was the technician who handled the job. He was friendly and personable. He explained the process and did a good job of assessing the situation. He explained the estimate and then got to work. He took photos showing the before and after results and did a great job fixing the problem and replacing the uprooted dirt and sod leaving minimal disturbance to the yard. Really appreciate the great service. I will continue to call Superior in the future.

Jason from superior plumbing identified the issue with our washer machine plumbing very quickly and fixed it just as quickly. He explained what he needed to do and made it easy to understand. great experience and will use them again if need be.

My Superior Plumbing experience with Plumber, Ken Damyanov, was great!! Ken was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the specific source of my leak problem under the kitchen sink and went right to work on repairing it! Ken was also very friendly and has a great sense of humor too, which was very much appreciated since plumbing issues are typically not fun to deal with and can be quite the challenge. Superior sent an excellent plumber, Blake H, to my house to fix our low water pressure. He diagnosed and replaced our Prv, pressure relief valve in a very timely manner. Great plumber! Now we have normal pressure in our house. Excellent work, and fast too!

Excellent service, would highly recommend! Called on a Thursday had a plumber out first thing Friday morning. Guillermo worked all day and repaired several things in our home. Service was efficient, economical, and honest.

Jason arrived on time. I discussed my issue and Jason educated my wife and I on how the issue could be resolved. Also we wanted a new faucet installed in the kitchen. Jason did excellent work and resolved our issue and installed the new faucet all in the same afternoon. We will be calling Jason again in the near future. Excellent service.

Justen arrived on time and checked out the service area. He shared a lot of other information concerning how to keep my pipes from being damaged during extremely cold weather. He then started installing my kitchen faucet. He did an awesome job. And demonstrated how to use it. I am glad I chose Superior Plumbing. I do recommend Justen for your plumbing needs.

This was overall a really good experience. Seth was on time, thought about the job, and addressed the questions that I had. He was friendly and gave very good feedback for some of the other projects I may be throwing their way. Until I see a fall off on standards, I’ll continue to use them especially if Seth continues to be my service rep.

They were able to get Parker to our home and get everything fixed same day so my family would have water again. Parker was friendly, fast and kept everything very clean.
