Great customer service! I spoke with Brachel while on the road to Statesboro. She was there to service me, 15 minutes before closing. She explained the rental process, access info and how to lock and unlock unit.

I really loved the customer service here. And it was very easy to rent the unit from online. The facility is extremely nice and clean. When we went to first see our storage unit, it was clean already and ready to put our things in there. I like how the units are gated and the gated area made me feel like my things would be safe. Very positive experience so far!

The office manager was very helpful in helping me to obtain the right size unit we needed! The transaction over the phone was smooth and took mere minutes to complete!
