Shady Grove Mobile Home Park

I'm was visiting my daughter and grandson. Very clean, quiet park. A couple of kids playing was truly the only noises I heard in 4 days. They were enjoyable noises!

I have been living here for almost two years and my time living here has been great. The property manager, Kim Smith and maintenance man, Adam have been amazing. They have been professional and they get things done. Anyone trying to move here, I highly recommend .

I've lived at glenbrook village for 6+years and love the place . No problems everyone is nice and the neighborhood is located in a good area. Kim and Mr. Adam are GREAT! I highly recommend living here

We have lived here in shady Grove for almost 5 years can't say enough about how good the property manager is and how the maintenance crew especially Adam is the best I myself couldn't handle all the responsible task that kim and Adam Handle Both of them need some reconizing for the outstanding job well done

Very nice and quiet park only concern has been the lawn care. There was a professional crew that used to cut everyones now its up to the home owner. Very friendly office staff.

It’s nice and quiet but the lawn care could be better. Kim Is always bending over backwards for people

I have no complaints. I was well taken care of as a tenant.

I've been living here for a few years and never had any major issues or concerns. The management staff are nice and maintenance personnel. I pretty much keep to myself and enjoy living here.
