Burger King

This was a dine in breakfast experienced on a Saturday morning. The crew was working together and busy, the drivethru was wrapped around the building, and everyone had a good attitude and smiled. The person who took my order was kindly messing with me, so I was giving it right back, grinning and having a good time. The food came out as ordered fast and hot. The health department rating was A, and I'll give another A for the service experience. Shout out to the morning shift work crew on February 3 2023

It has been 38yrs since I have been back to Hinesville. Apparently I can't remember much but ended up at this Burger King for a wonderful meal experience. The food was great and the customer service was awesome. It was during the holiday season and every one was jolly and joyful. Loved the atmosphere. Thank you for being there. You may have been there in 1985 but I can't remember. Many blessings for the New Year!

It just needs to be clean when you enter the place to sit & eat! Maybe it was a bit late but yea just a lil cleaner, but I sat ate I was fine 🙂 bathroom 🚻 was clean when I went in. I really have no complaints.🤐

The staff was very friendly and helpful they showed excellent customer service skills. Fast and fresh food. Great place to eat.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning, and the service was phenomenal. There were 4 people working, and each one at different times greeted me with a smile and a genuine welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly. The manager on duty, Alexis was fantastic. Marion and Teresa made my food, and they were equally attentive and friendly. And Mr. James Jones put the whole experience over the top by holding the door open for me as I left, and said "have a good morning, and please keep coming back." Rest assured, with service like this, I will be back many times.

This was a great experience from the cashier greeting me with a smile, attentively listening and getting my order correct, receiving my order hot and see that the restaurant was clean.

I've been here a few times, and the staff overall seems to be polite, which is great. It's exactly what you should expect to see at a fast food restaurant. The few problems are rather situational, and I wouldn't think it to be management's fault. I recall that I forgot to mention to the staff that the men's restroom needs the towel dryer and soap dispenser fixed; and I hope someone who reads this can attend to that in the proper way.
It was pretty packed when I was there, and the employees were handling it well, my order was finished quickly and I saw quite a few others that had the same treatment as I, which makes me quite happy. Even the drive through was a bit of a mess, but to my knowledge they were keeping up as best they could, with about only one person in a waiting queue at a time.
I'd have to say when I have more convenient methods of transport over walking, I will visit the franchise more often, thank you for the meal!

I was met with smiles and great customer care & service. The food was warm and the employees where interactive and fun. Will definitely be coming back here more often.

Every time when I goes to this Burger king morning or lunch time the manager and employees are very friendly and has good customer service and they always greet me with a smile when I comes threw the door I will always come to this BurgerKing and food is always hot and tasty.

I only go there because my father like whoppers there. It's pretty good I guess I don't like their fries that much but I only go there for my parents. The ice cream is top notch better than McDonald's. It has a nice vanilla flavor. The workers kind of rude ,very rude.

I had good customer service with a cashier today her name is Ashley , she wasn't rude or made small remarks she listened and didn't make us feel rushed like most restaurants would do . I just ain't have good customer service like that in some time since moving to Georgia , Al definitely come back to Hinesville Burger King

Best customer service I have had in a long time. Was there Saturday morning everyone was polite and working together. I got my food quickly correctly and hot.

I used to work here for 8 months A VERY HORRIBLE PLACE they have roaches crawling everywhere ESPECIALLY IN THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ! They want us to work like slaves for $8 won’t even give us a 1 dollar raise if we ask for it. They can NEVER keep workers they will fire you and bring you back whenever they “need” you. the general manager show favoritism. Every day it’s DRAMA. After the incident where one lady called and complained about a GLOVE being in her CHIKING I honestly feel like it should be SHUT DOWN it’s a old white man that works there name MR EDWARD he be dropping food on the floor but still putting it in the grease ! TRUST EVERYTHING I SAY.
