Went in at lunch on a Friday. I was hesitant from the reviews and especially since I was sending my passport out for renewal. There were two working the counter and they were very personable, joking with customers, and very professional. The phone rang and it was picked up on the second ring. -I did not experience any of the bad reviews.

Had to get my passport today. Bob was by far the most friendly and helpful postal employee I’ve ever met! Thank you Bob!

My passport is expired and i got it before i was 18yrs old. I was wondering how i can renew it or what do i have to do? As i need it in 2 weeks to fly.

Pick up mail

One lady in particular is always so rude when I have been to this location. I will not return to this location & will drive out of my way from now on. Smile! Greet your customers! Find a different job if you’re so miserable dealing with people!

We had an appointment for 11:45AM. We showed up and were told there are 3 families ahead of us. They said there is no way to k it when we will be seen and that there is no guarantee of appointment time. It seems that notification could be sent to let you know that they are running a minimum of an hour behind.
