My 13 year old daughter has never liked nor styled her hair. So with this becoming a teen thing, I decided to take her to this place to get a new look to help her feel good about herself. The stylist Courtney gave her the best treatment ever - cut, style, scalp massage, great shampoo and uplifting words — Totally turned her world around!! Thank you Courtney!! We will be back!!

Laura was the best! I just moved here and was looking to get a desperately needed haircut and full highlights. She is so sweet and was understanding of every thing I was looking for with my cut and styling. I really hope I can see her again!

Excellent service. I won't let anyone else cut my hair. Not giving her name because I don't need more people crowding her schedule. Also, one lady there convinced my fiance to let her trim his beard. He was so pleased, he got a hair cut too. Hands down best place in town.

Courtney was my stylist l. I’ve been seeing her for about a month. So I have very think Asian hair and I have a hard time with just anyone messing with my hair because of how think and fine my hair is. But I decided to make the most difficult request there is which is to cut my hair off and dye it silver. And with how much bleach she has to use to dye it from black to blonde to silver is a very wild and long process. And I just thought why not you only live once! So I keep having to come back because this does take time but so far is worth it. I never thought I would like my self as an Asian blonde but I definitely do! Plus dying so much you would think my hair would start to fall out but she suggested a shampoo and conditioner there that makes my hair so soft it doesn’t look like it has any damage. Plus when I go to Courtney she gives an amazing neck message I always end up passing out after when she leaves conditioner in my hair. Somes I just want to go back just for that next message! Thank you Courtney!!

Emily was the best today! I had very long hair with no color and wanted a change and she did a beautiful balayage with a cut and layers and did a beautiful curl on it too. Spent over 3 hours doing everything. Martha was also super sweet and helped with the process. Emily was super friendly and kept conversation through out the process. Felt very comfortable and welcomed. Definitely coming back. Thanks girls!

It is difficult to find a new salon when you move to a new town. You don't know who is good, who you can trust or how skilled they are. I read many reviews of different salons in Carterville, GA and selected Thairapy Salon.
I am SO happy I did.
I instantly clicked with Martha. She is professional, highly experienced and she is even a certified instructor. Jackpot! Martha listened to what I liked and what I didn't like. She did not try to impose her opinion on me. She asked great questions to help each of us clarify exactly what I was looking for. I was really impressed.
My hair has never looked better. She fixed my cut, tweaked my hair color and gave me great advice on product, without trying to strong-arm me into purchasing product I really didn't need. I have found a new home at Thairapy. It is truly the therapy I needed. Thanks, Martha, you are the best!

Martha was absolutely wonderful! I have curly hair and have had such a hard time finding someone to cut it correctly and she did the best job ever - she listened to what I liked and didn't like about past cuts, what I was trying to achieve and it turned out exactly how I wanted. She was so nice and professional and gave me lots of style tips that I'm using now too - if you have curls take them to her, she's awesome!

I went expecting to get a perm like the one I got before. Not the curls I want, because of my hair. Martha asked me questions, showed me a picture of a previous perm she did. I was so excited because that was exactly what I have been wanting. I asked if she could really do that to my hair. Yep, she sure did. She also took off all the damage, about 12 inches of hair. My hair is so beautiful and healthy now. It has given me so more confidence and I feel beautiful!

This is my first time using this salon and I love this place! My 16 year old daughter has been wanting to get her hair cut for a while now. So she found this salon online and we decided to give them a try. We got a stylist whose name is Christel, she's been wonderful. Not only has she been professional, but she's asked questions to make sure my daughter got what she wanted and she's been great with holding a conversation, laughing and making us comfortable. We will definitely be coming back again. I've already saved their number and address in my contacts. I was a Walk In today! I had checked reviews online at several salons in town. I liked the reviews left here!
I was not disappointed! Martha and the ladies were very helpful in choosing just what I wanted. I will donate 12+ inches of my hair, and walked out with a

Now that Martha has bought the place it is better. Went for the first time since under new ownership. Martha cut my hair & it's perfect! Exactly what I wanted! For the first time in a long while I didn't feel like I didn't matter cause I didn't want hair color!

Are you looking for a great hair stylist in Cartersville who listens and provides what you want in a cut and color? I have wanted that for quite some time, and found that it was quite an elusive dream. Thankfully, Martha has taken over Thairapy and has turned it into a relaxing place to go to have your hair cut and colored. How refreshing to feel comfortable AND get great service. She and her team are not going to be a kept secret for long with the fantastic service they provide. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Today was my first time at Thairapy. I chose this salon based on reviews. I scheduled my appointment with Dollie on Thursday. Told her I needed a big change & she asked if I had pictures, which I did. Mentioned I may want highlights, but wasn't sure. Dollie took me in & gave her honest opinion. She could have "went all out," but didn't. She cut over 6" off my hair & did minimal highlights since it was my first time. I enjoyed every minute & will definitely be back! Thank you!

So my first time in and it was late in the day. I found this salon driving around and upset because another establishment completely screwed up my hair. Martha was super awesome at fixing my hair, very polite and knowledgeable. I will be returning for services. Thanks again for everything and staying late for me.
