Seeing as though you only have two reviews that aren’t recent, I’m inclined to believe you delete reviews because there is a false in the math. With that being said I’m not here to bash your stylist skills, I quite enjoyed the recent hairstyles you gave on the two kids that went there. However, I’m here to call you out on how unprofessional and rude you truly are. Now, I understand that if you have a general concern for a child’s state of hair you speak to the parent/guardian if there is anyone taking care of the kids hair. Somehow at your GROWN age you decided to say something you should have said to the parent in private “ Oh, I’m sorry your mommy doesn’t know how to take care of your hair.” Or I’ll do you one better “ I know it hurts when I brush your hair, imma have to call CPS.” Have you no shame ? The parent had every right going off on you. You chose to be a coward and not tell the parent yourself I can tell you were someone’s bully. Now, I don’t know how your folks get down in Ohio but here in Georgia we have something called decorum and respect something in which you clearly lack. I think it’s truly disgusting that a black woman is instilling the notion that that child’s hair is ugly because it’s tangled. It is your job to untangle tangled hair is it not ? We as black people have been ridiculed for our hair since they colonized us and to hear you instill the same notion to an innocent child is unacceptable. You are the PRIME reason why people don’t support black owners because of y’all’s lack of customer service, unprofessional and client confidentiality. DO BETTER. You are sneaky and conniving and your karma will catch-up to you. It’s truly ironic that they call you Felicia because you definitely need to leave. Bye Felicia.
