I was here this morning and was pleasantly surprised at the service and accuracy everyone was. The manager on duty was definitely on point and Faith, I think was her name, made my coffee just the way I ordered. Thank you for your attention to details

The customer service from the manager Demetrius(unsure of proper spelling) was outstanding. I had a problem with my order and he solved the situation with so much ease. I even saw him help another customer out for their inconvenience. This is probably the first time I experience outstanding customer service at this location. Keep up the great work!!!!

Shout out to the breakfast crew. They are always on point! I don’t care if the line is down the street they are fast, efficient and polite. Never had an issue AT BREAKFAST ONLY! Good luck any other time.

Hot food would be nice.... And actual sandwiches that are neat would be better..... And charging for a large or extra large fry when you only fill it with a small is borderline false advertising....

This morning staff is a 10 out of 10 because I made a big order still feel bad about it but it was quick and the food is super delicious so for this morning staff you should give them a raise!!!

So, Today I ordered some breakfast items on the app.

I always use the app, So I can earn points, And get good deals on on food.

Well, After adding all of my items to the cart, And driving up there. The app decides it wants to just randomly log me out, And clear my cart out.

So, I pull into a spot, Log back in, Add everything back into my cart again, And tap the place order button.

Then, The app says "Sorry we are having problems on our end" Or something like that.

I'm thinking, Great, I'll bet I just got charged for that anyway.

So I try it again, Same result. Thinking, Yeah, prolly got charged twice now, Awesome.

Then the app sends me a notification saying "Bet that large coffee hit the spot"

Riiiiight!!!

It also appears to have charged my bank account, And showed a 3000 reward points deduction today for the large coffee on the app, But showed no actual food order in my order history.

So I went inside, And they completely made it right, With no struggle whatsoever.

I have had this issue 2 times before with the app, And other locations argued with me about it, And refused to make it right.

But this location did the right thing, And made it right, Instead of arguing with me, And refusing to do the right thing.

And for that reason, Today this location gets 5 stars from me.

The programmers, That code the app however, Need to go back over that coding, Again, And again, And again, Until they figure out, And fix, All of the problems with thier app.

Because no app, Should completely crash my phone, And force a full restart, 85% of the time that I open it, Or just while trying to add things to my cart. Or, Charge me for items, That the locations have no record of.

It is a great place to eat, especially with family!

I just have to make a great comment on this McDonald's I come here before I go to work the drive-through line is always extremely long but I'm always quick. From the time I pull into the line til I get my food and leave it's like 2 minutes. They do an amazing job every time always friendly the food's always hot and fresh good.
I wanted to make this positive review because so many people only write negative

Was a good visit. Food was good. Great Coffee. Just waiting for Egg White McMuffin's to come back.

I had a mobile delivery pickup today. Upon walking in I was greeted by the staff and asked if I was there for a mobile order. I gave the employee my order code, and was told it's be just a few minutes. I received my customers order fast and efficiently. I can't understate how awesome it is to receive quality service from a big food chain during these trying times. Quick service from the restaurant means my customer get their food quicker, so it's a win win. Sometimes this McDonald's slacks off, but every restaurant nowadays does, how the restaurant communicates these short comings is crucial to an effective business model

Food is a very great part of our lives, and making that choice is important
Especially when kids and teens are onboard your trip.
Kids hunger move their parents but for this party of 4 it was time to reward them for being patient caring and good students all through the school week.
MacDonald carpark was full, we park and within 10 mins we had our meals
Burgers and fries. kids meal and drinks
Take out worked beautifully as those gran kids waited patiently to savor their meals at home.
With a few dollars from a
debit card a great meal was secured for everyone.
Kids were pleased and cherry as usual as their the vehicle was pulling up to the window of their choice because
a MacDonald outlet on our way is always the answer and the choice and by the frequency of our visits Google viewers will agree.

This family will give them 5 stars for great comfort food. Great price and very accessible

Love this location. Food is always good. Sometimes there's a wait, and they apologize, but they always deliver. Cashiers are always friendly. Today most recently, I wanted to give praise to the manager with the bald head, loud voice,andcheery disposition. You do your job very well and more should be like you.

It was really good to be as busy as it was.. after the scarecrow stroll. Employees were friendly, helpful and our order was correct. We spent $43.00 for 8 people. And 4 of those people had Happy meals with really cool toys!!! Great job McDonald's!

The manager Mrs. Sharonda is the greatest. I came here after the gym to get my family some food and it’s around 0600/0630. She’s the happiest thing ever. My drink was wrong and before the cashier could fix it she overheard and was whipping it up herself for me. Everytime I go and see her she’s always smiling no matter the time of day. She’s so helpful and loves her job

The fries are almost always piping hot, and they always get your order right! The drive thru line can be super long but the employees work hard and always keep it moving! Glad we have at least one Hinesville drive thru line that moves quickly!

The order was not complete, and they forgot to give us our hash browns.

Supreme Customer Service!! Foods served hot and is made exactly how I ask. I'm blown away by the Super Friendly Night Staff that is so polite and has a huge smile on their faces in both the checkout window and where you receive your food!! I HIGHLY recommend this McDonald's.

Speedy service and they got my order right. I will definitely be back. Oh and just in case someone was wondering their ice cream machine was working.
