Potbelly

Great food, great location. I’ve eaten Potbelly sandwiches in a lot of places with work travel but my wife and son’s first meal there. I had my usual wreck, wife had a BLTA. She said it was the best sandwich she’s had in a while. Fast and helpful, good food, kid friendly, easy parking.

I love Potbelly and out of all the locations I've been to, this one is by far the best! Very friendly staff and sandwiches made with love. Thank you to the staff for always doing a wonderful job. I miss the potato salad, I hope y'all bring it back.

The manager always greets me with a smile. She knows exactly what my order will be.

Stephanie is the best!!! My job is always catering from Potbelly in DC and I absolutely fell in love with the sandwiches. I told her that I wasn't sure how the sandwich was made but I really hope it is the same as work. She said that she was going to make sure I come back and I can't lie, she did that!!! Ingredients were fresh and her customer service was outstanding. Glad she turned me into a believer!!

1/13/2020 1:25 pm order 372 was helped by Eletta. Don't worry, i tell everyone to go to you guys. With service like i received today, i will come back at least a once a week. I go to the one in laurel and columbia and silver spring also. I am always impressed with the high professionalism, but college park is the best by far. I was getting visibly upset in my face from the guy in front of me taking 10 min to order a sandwich. The girl in a rush to get my sandwich made, made it a size too small but quickly corrected it and all with a smile.

I've eaten at Potbelly Sandwich Shops all over and they're consistent... I'll give them that. I order (damn near) the same thing every time at every location and it's spot on each time.

A definite win for a quick and filling lunch spot.

Had never been to a Potbelly before and this store made an impression. Absolutely terrific staff, very kind and cheerful. Aminata was hilarious and very sweet.

Delicious!!! These guys are the best. Ordered via the app not realizing they opened at 11. But guess what?! I was bagged and ready to go with an awesome smile and great service!!!

I really love this place, the toasted sandwiches are REALLY good. It is a great place to go and I would recommend it to everyone.

I can't speak highly enough of Potbelly. No matter which location -- they are all great. Highest quality bread, meat, and toppings. The hot peppers are the best -- I keep them in-stock at home. Cookies are soft and very tasty.

My son loves this place. They make incredible sandwiches! Good quality meals can be found in this place. Great with high school kids that visited every day.

Very nice employees. We went almost as soon as they opened and there was hardly anyone there. Towards lunch it got busier, but they kept the line moving fine.

The young lady at the register was so sweet she gave me a free cookie due to the restaurant being out of the broccoli cheddar soup I wanted. Definitely would go back.

Love this place, one of the closest restaurants that l have visited that reminds me of a good New York deli samich that l grew up on..would love a pastrami on rye w/deli mustard but the turkey club was good.

This Potbelly has outdoor seating. I recommend to ask for "thin-cut" sandwiches, they really have significantly less bread and hence are healthier than regular sandwiches.

Visited the store on 8/19/21....was spotless! Whoever cleaned does an excellent job!

Been goin there since 2006 and has never disappointed! Great sandwiches and open until 11pm while the university is in session.

Everyone was friendly and the food was very tasty. First time eating at a Potbelly's but it was a pleasant experience so we will continue to eat there.

Food is fresh, made to order, and done quickly. Great value and awesome food! The shakes are a must try!
