I ordered on the app , & being pregnant I like to make sure I eat my meat correctly so I called & Yani made that happen! They was so nice , and my sandwich satisfied my craving !

Always a pleasant experience at this Subway. Consistent excellent customer service and the restaurant is always clean.

The subway workers here deserve a raise. There’s no way they are paid enough to deal with the terrible s*** talking customers. There have been multiple times where I wanted to fight the people i was waiting in line next too because they have zero patience and respect for the employees at this location. Just today there were 2 different people trying to call management or video tape the only employee working behind the counter during peak dinner hours. What do people expect when they come to a food place during the busiest time??? There’s a very likely chance of there being a short line at any food place. I hope subway management comes in to work at this location to see what these employees have to go through everyday. Anybody complaining about the hard working employees here needs some compassion and a reality check about what the food service world is like. Please be kinder to the people making your food.

This is absolutely the best Subway...anywhere.
The place is so clean you could ear off the floor. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food items are lovely to look at and extremely fresh.

Ohhhhh man I can go on and on about the staff at this location. So nice and efficient. I’m in and out within 5 mins 6 if it’s busy. And she knows my order on the top of her head. Also the new owners are doing great things to. They for sure have my business for the rest of my life.

Hold up... a Subway around here that actually gives you what you paid for each visit? Are the vegetables actually fresh instead of recycled when someone was afraid to serve generous amounts and have to go the extra mile and re-stock, or afraid they'd have to re-order some more, since supplies, and therefore customers, just cost too much money? You mean they actually load customers up and are prepared to replenish the supply frequently to meet the demand and expectations of their customers? You mean they actually know how to get customers to return again and therefore increase their revenues?! Am I dreaming, let me pinch myself. So I even left a tip. They earned our business, but I am cautiously optimistic because Subways tend to go up and down for a number of reasons; but I hope they can stay consistent or I'll have to leave a poor review like the other Subway in decline had earned from me on hwy 84 by Dunkin'.

After new owner the subway is very well, the experience is pleasant and staff is nice and quick. If they mess up my order they will happily fix it without hesitation. I’m a customer for life.

I enjoy the spicy Italian sub on 9 grain honey oat with much of their topping. The oatmeal raisin cookies are a sweet treat. I also redeem coupons that I received in the mail from Subway. I always have a good experience when visiting any of the Hinesville locations.

Great service very clean store I got a spinach wrap Turkey bacon guacamole and omg so amazing my new favorite food from subway and the staff were so wonderful and upbeat and definitely want to help you with your order and they want to make sure they get it right I will definitely go back again

Subways are subways everywhere... But sometimes you get surprised by somebody making your sub with passion and great attitude. Loved the attitude of Aesha..and the sub she made. Must try..

This is a little subway near the foodlion and is tucked in the corner, the perfect place to get good food for lunch because it's tucked away where not many people know about it.

Very good service, short indian lady that is amazing nature and very fast. Reasonable prices plus point.
