So usually I go to this location when FT Stewart isn't available. And when I have previously been there, a management women with the worst attitude towards people or the way she presents herself is there. BUT I recently went for a missing package dreading to have her and I didn't I had the amazing pleasure to deal with a nice gentleman who went above and beyond helping me out and even sent two other gentleman to my home to ease my frustration of now a stolen package thank you to those three men staff members for all your help.

Next time I go, I need to ask this woman her name, she is just the sweetest thing! She works at the far right counter and she has a southern accent. She’s helped me twice now. I’m usually in and out very quickly and she is just so darn nice!

The clerks at the counter are very nice, mannerable and quite courteous. It is generally busy throughout the day and they still give professional service with a smile. I appreciate them!!

Today was very excellent and a 10 out of 10 great customer service for Miss Chanel she was very nice and very lovely and helped me a lot

I had a change of address and a package was still delivered at my old address. I call and the man on the phone was so helpful and understanding and I ended up getting my package to my new address about 3 days after calling.

During the holidays I don't like postal services for one reason too many people uses this business line is long
There always a long wait.

But to my surprise there were a few people a short line on my last visit
I was in and out without the long line and long wait.
I met and chatted with a lady whom l had never met, we smile talk about politician Stacy Adams as I commented that she look like her
That open up to a simple friendly chat about a connection on Facebook.

I quicky move past a few people
And there at the counter I was finished and happy to be on my way

Normal mail was about $4 and the service was what I expected,I opt in to have someone signed to receive my mail and I could also track it arrival.

Great visit,good price great service

There’s a wait at every post office you go to nowadays, but I don’t mind it here because the clerks are all very nice. Especially Ann! She always takes the time to thoroughly explain things and walk you through mailing packages. She never makes me feel rushed.
The self service station is always fully stocked and is quick to use if you dint feel like waiting in line.

7/11/23 short line at 9am. USPS worker at counter could not have been more pleasant and helpful. In and out in less than 10 minutes

Package delivered in parcel locker.. but no key was left inside my mailbox to retrieve the item..Another reviewer just mentioned this same exact problem.
However, after calling them.. they were able to get in touch with the driver and he actually DID come back and correct his mistake within 1 hour.
I was about to leave a 1 star review.. However. they actually managed to correct their mistake after I called them. Attention to Detail. Accidents and mistakes happen. Everyone is human. Thanks for fixing the issue.

I have always recieved very professional and courteous service. I love this post office and my USPS driver is always so nice. The first day we moved in we had a big heavy box and he carried it inside for me. They may be understaffed at times. But, that is not their fault and they've always apologized for the wait. Thank you for all you guys do!

Had a pick up package. Got there 5 minutes before they closed and I was taken care of quickly

The postal workers helped me by suggesting a higher-security priority mail envelope for the same price and guiding me through my options for certified delivery. Both post workers I dealt with were kind and patient. When I had to refill out an address label, they let me stand to the side rather than sending me to the back of the very long holiday line.

I was in this location with my almost 2yr old son shipping a package to my deployed wife. My son was losing it and we forgot the box of crayons we brought to draw on mommy’s box. Someone found them and shipped them to me using the return address off the box. Kind people do exist. Thank you so much

I've visited this post office for the last 12 years & each time I step through, I've always received "SERVICE WITH A SMILE & IT'S ALL DAY LONG!" I've yet to receive any bad service at this location & honestly apologize for the inconvenience for you all. They always give me the best service & assistance. I'd recommend anyone to visit this post office. My mail carrier is extremely courteous, respectful. I don't know her personally but she smiles with each delivery, even if it's just a salespaper. This USPS office may not be perfect but they're blessed to assist us in everyway they can. "Proudly serving for you" Greatly appreciate your service to us!! Thank you!!

Miss Ann was extremely helpful and kind. I found usps to have the lowest shipping price. I was sending a 1.5 lbs box to Spain which they charged 25 dollars for. FedEx quoted me 220$ and ups quoted me 95$.

A more friendly environment and I did not have to wait long at all

Self serve kiosk is great to get things put out on Sunday when I have time to package and ship instead of waiting for a weekday

Just moved to the surrounding area and coming into the post office with questions, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Even if it was crowded they all seemed very helpful and courteous to everyone.
