I have been a patient at the Liberty Family Medical Center for approximately 5 years. During my visits, I have received excellent customer service. Whenever I walk into the office of Dr. Rebecca Shaver, I am greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attitude from Ashley at the front desk.

Within a few minutes of sitting in the waiting area, I am greeted with the same pleasant attitude from Kim the medical assistant.

While Kim is take my vital signs, she engages in a friendly conversation with my wife and I. After she finishes taking my vitals, I am taken in the patient's waiting room until I'm seen by Dr. Shaver.

She goes over all of my labs and answer questions that I may have during my visit. She expresses genuine concern and will always ask me is there any other questions I may have before I leave her office.

Dr. Shaver and her staff are great at their job and I have nothing negative to say about the services I have received. She succinctly covers all the salient points of my visit.

Dr. Badea!! one of the most caring doctor i have ever had, he has a great sense of humor, and takes his time with you! He has been my doctor for many years and even so he has taught me so much about my medical issues, I can reach him at anytime or there are some people I can reach out to if I can't reach him. MEA! the office manager is simply amazing and so caring, she keeps her word and always ready to help!! I appreciate my Primary care dr. and Mea.. Thank God for the both of them!!

I see Dr. Anna Spelts. Best dr there is. You feel confident from entering until leaving. Wonderful staff. She listens and ask questions.i love them. She treats you with care and concern. Great personality. I couldn't expect any better.

Dr. Anna Spelts is very caring, she listens, she is very professional and most of all loving. She has always provided the best advice and the utmost care for my health. I am happy she is my physician.

Martha Kitchings is my Primary Care Provider and has been for the last 3 years. I couldn't be more satisfied with the personalized care she gives. She is thorough, attentive, and always takes time to address all my concerns. Her nurses always greet me with a smile and are always kind enough to ask about the other members of my family who also see Martha as their PCP. They may not realize it, but that kind of care is remembered. There was a time when Martha couldn't work me in immediately, but Liberty Family was able to get me in with another provider in their office.

Dr.Spelts is AMAZING! We are new to the area and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! She takes her time with you and her staff is amazing as well! I have recommended many to her and they are also extremely pleased! Feels so nice to have such a wonderful PCP!

I absolutely love Rebecca Shaver, PA. She takes her time with patients and really gets to know them. I have been seeing her for years and she is an excellent provider.

Professional staff Mrs, Shaver and Dr Badea are wónderful Drs with à great patient side manner,í won't trade them even for a free Dr,The nursing staff is caring únderstanding an Patient.

Dr Spelts is caring and very thorough best Dr I've had in 64 yrs she rates very high with me in my expectations

Been my families Doctor for a number of years. He is one of the most caring Doctors I have ever had. But, his staff is the worst. It does not matter when you call it always goes to an answering service. They ask you to leave a message but they NEVER return your calls.

IDays I had to wait 5 days for a pecription refil. After I called 6 times &the pharmacy sent 4 faxes. This has happened 2ce.

Martha treats me and does a though job. Takes her time to make sure everything is covered. The only thing I wish is registration would not take so long.

Dr. Badea is cool so far. But some of the staff! Not so much. It takes too long for someone to answer a call. And if the person you need to speak with is out of the office. Then just let the patient know, so they want call back to back like I did. Only to find out from the orthopedic specialist scheduling coordinator, the person was out of the office. I've been trying since Monday March 27th to get an authorization for my knee. And still haven't gotten it. Some of the staff is giving the doctor a bad rep. Do better! And trust me! If I was in a position to get better health care! I would!

Ms Danielle and her nurse are amazing. They are very professional and take their time to listen. However the front receptionists are unprofessional and rude. If they would change those people, they would get 5 stars.

My mom's first visit and we waited in the waiting room for WELL OVER an hour! And we arrived about 25 minutes before her scheduled time to make sure all paperwork was completed before her appointment. The waitung room was "full" so there was no where to sit. There's only about 8 chairs in there. They even called a drug rep to the back BEFORE seeing her!! You can imagine how agitated we both were by the time she was called back. But the agitation only got After my mom was finally triaged we waited an additional 40 minutes in the waiting room. Ms. Crews, NP was very apologetic & sweet. The triage nurse and MA who drew her blood was nice as well. My advice is to get scheduling in order. If it was not for Ms. Crews, I would have only given this review 1 star and that's only because you have to give one in order to leave a review.

I had Dr. Anna Spelts who was very nice. Unfortunately they never referred me to get the additional screening the doctor said I needed (ultrasound for a possible blood clot). If you call they ask you to leave a voicemail but their mailboxes aren’t operational. The staff was not very nice when asking to see if my referral request was submitted. I had blood work pulled and one month later still have not received a call back on the results. I had to ask for it to be mailed to me.

I had an appointment there and was a little early, when I was finally put in a room it seemed as if the doctor took forever to come in, and while I was waiting the staff were sitting at the nurses station cussing and laughing, that was so unprofessional. And my sister was with me and her the same thing, she was in waiting room and she told me 2 people that came in after me came out before me so that let me know they were seen before me, my sister said both of them were saying they really had something to do and really needed to be seen. I feel like that was so wrong, I would not recommend this place to no one and wish I could give a 0

I have called 4 times to have a prescription refilled. Left messages 4 times. Never a call back. I don't know what's going on there but the quality of service has sunk like a rock. I will be transferring to an out of town Doc soon.
