i’m 17 and my father got sick and i have to live wit my aunt and ugly and i have been tryin to get into school and i’ve called day by day and have been told i’ll back and have gotten 0 call back n then was told i needa a hard ship the day i was told i needed one i brought it in and they told me it would take 2-3 days an it’s taken them a week jus declined with no reason and have no idea what i’m gonna do for school. not to mention i been doin all this for prolly a lil over a month to get declined without a reason why

The receptionist in the front needs to be a little friendlier & not on the phone chitchatting when people are waiting in the lobby. Being "greeted" by a rude person isn't a good look for any business.
