Called the office looking for some direction about an insurance claim. Kathryn was very helpful and kind. She listened and offered good advice. She was helpful and we now have our claim being processed. It's nice to know folks still care. Who wants to make an insurance claim, but it helps when you are offered kindness and knowledge in the midst of your storm.
