Madison Park Apartments

The property manager, Patrick, is incredible. He really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the residents. The apartments are really nice, and the location is close to a metro. If there’s any maintenance issue, Patrick and his team take care of it literally within hours. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I've been here about 6 months now and I truly enjoy it. Kim has been pleasant from the beginning. I am continuously impressed with her and her friendly demeanor. She's always responsive and has things taken care of in a timely manner. She's always willing to work with you if you need something. My apartment unit is nice and spacious. And I don't see roaches left and right like I did at my past complex. The basement has a small gym and laundry room. The laundry room is open 24 hours. Parking is assigned by number and you can pick your spot. You won't come home having to worry about finding a parking space. There is also secure entry. So far, so good!

I have lived At the Madison Park Apt for 3yrs 8 months it is great place to stay and live we have great resident manager Mrs. Kim Lakes and she has a very good maintenance team they respond 100% to your service needs the property is very close to metro not far from dc line.

Been here for 14 years and it was a slow start. New management and better Maintenance better living.

Affordable priced apartments.

I was looking for a 3 bedroom for my family and this apartment was the only one that was available. Looks nice has a gym but no pool and Patrick was very professional with me and my wife's needs.
