At about 11:30am I was able to quickly return a ladder. An older gentleman helped us expertly secure our new ladder on our truck. I wish I had gotten his name.

They nailed it.. Like any other home depot store tools for everyone

I wanted to come and publicly give a shout out to Morris, who helped my kids and I with our Christmas tree at this location earlier this week. I had a lot of nervousness about getting a live tree for the first time, but Morris really took care of us - prepping it for transport, putting the protective paper down, hoisting it on our SUV, and tying it down for us. I knew how to do NONE of these things, so I am grateful for his service that honestly went above and beyond. Thank you Morris and HD!

This is a great store, some employees deserve reward due to how exceptional they are in treating customers. My experience with Jonathan A. , Louis and Noram was awesome, these guys represent a true orange family of home depot. They go extra miles making sure customers are well taken care of. Staff was quite professional, helpful, and friendly. Today, bought products for outdoor use. Will return for herbs, fencing, and a window air conditioner soon!

We love this Home Depot! Recently moved to the area so we find ourselves at THD multiple times a weekend — and every time we’ve needed help, we just happened to get Jonathan! He recognized us right away and has made our shopping trips extra warm, and even went out of his way to help us sort out our military discount. Great customer service and it keeps us coming back!

Sheniqua at the tool rental section of this Home Depot was very helpful and patient. When trying to figure out how to get a 175+ pound piece of equipment into a vehicle, she provided valuable advice and options. Her customer service was outstanding!

This is the best place to get good tools, work materials, garden stuff, paint supply, roofing attachments and many much more. Customer service is just the best.

Here is something that I really like from Home Depot, if you didn’t use all the material that you have bought or something simple like you just change your mind and don’t need it anymore, YOU CAN STILL RETURN IT once the product package is not been open, unleveled or missing parts and get the receipt with you.

If it’s a tool just make sure that is not been used.

Update - Cell service in this place is still terrible!

The problem with all hardware stores is education. I may know I need an adapter or valve so I go to the store and there are 100 different ones on the shelf. Too many choices is actually bad sometimes.

Hardware stores need a touchscreen kiosk in each aisle where it guides me - through questions and answers - to the right type of product. Or, I can scan a product's barcode on the kiosk and it shows me what the product is, what it does with a short video, How to install it, etc.

I hope this message gets to the hardware executives out there. Customers don't want to stare at a wall of products that all look the same and not know how to pick the right one for their project.

Update - No positive updates.

A worker(Miles) in the store gave phenomenal service. He went the extra step to go out on the dock to locate the ladder I wanted to purchase while other workers gathered in areas talking. A woman working there in pink sneakers just walked around casually helping no one as she ate chips and chatted with others who weren't helping customers. Miles needs to be commended for his work ethics.
Hope his manager recognizes his worth.

This is the first time I've shopped Home Depot in a very long time. Because of poor customer service in the past I was an avid shopper at online , Ace and Lowes. Today I was pleasantly surprised. My entire experience from online shopping to pick up in store was 5 star. I am temporarily handicap and need to make some updates to my bathroom for an upcoming surgery. I ordered a toilet online and called on the phone to make sure it was ready. The person on the phone was very helpful and she even assisted me with pick up in the store. Additionally, I was looking for a bathroom accessory and it was two people in the aisle to point me in the right direction with a smile. When I needed help loading my car two young guys were there to assist. They may have won me over, I will be back! I wish I knew the woman's name that assisted me she was great.

My family and I had an amazing experience at home depot, especially with Tara from the kitchen appliance section. We were looking to buy a new fridge and Tara was so helpful with finding one that best suited our needs. Sadly, when we received our fridge, it didn't fit with our wall measurements. On top of that the people who delivered the fridge took our old fridge back after they saw the new fridge didn't fit. We went back to home depot and Tara was more than happy to work with us and find a better fridge. The delivery company told us we had to return the new fridge before we could buy a new one, meaning we'd wouldn't have a fridge for a couple of months since the fridge that we wanted was on backorder. Tara talked to the delivery company and worked out a deal for us to keep the current fridge until the new fridge could come. We've never seen this type of customer service! She helped us save so much money and we're looking forward to buying more kitchen appliances with her in the near future :)

Had a fantastic experience with Cheryl and Alex. Have been to many Home Depot locations in the DMV, and this was the best experiences. They went above and beyond to help me find an item that was not on the shelf, but advertised for sale in the store. Alex personally looked for the item in the aisle and restocking area, and Cheryl helped me try to find an alternative product to help finish my project. We were so pleased when they were able to find the items I needed. Thankful for such excellent help with these two!!

The Appliance lady's are the best. I was frustrated and impatient because of a delivery issue I had, but came out smiling and calm. Thank you Ms. Celeste and Ms. Tara for being kind, patient, and professional. I applaud both of you for always providing wonderful customer service.
