Unfortunately, I missed the front-of-house team members names, but I must commend this exceptional duo. This was my visit time visit, they significantly enhanced my experience by providing fantastic recommendations and guiding me towards the perfect choices. Their outstanding customer service gives me hope that there are still individuals committed to delivering exceptional service.

I came in as a first timer and wasn’t sure what to order. The sweet gal who took my order gave me some samples based on my description of what I like, and helped me order the perfect lunch. I feel terrible for not catching her name, but it was my birthday and whoever helped a person who had a birthday thank you so much! It was a perfect first experience! You are amazing!

There is a wide variety of chicken salad flavors. Anyone should be able to find something they like.

Hands down my favorite new fast food (cafeteria style) joint. The service was friendly and helpful, the food was amazing and large portions, and the atmosphere was very upbeat but relaxing and clean at the same time. Definitely will be back for more amazing chicken salad.

I really enjoyed this place! I have heard of it before & finally decided to try it. I am so glad that I did because this was the best chicken salad that I have ever had! The freshness, texture & overall taste was just perfect. No hard chunks of any kind and it was smooth. The right amount of seasoning too. I ordered the chicken blt sandwich with the broccoli salad & was full. This was a very satisfactory meal. I can't even compare it to a burger & fry because I did not feel guilty after eating this meal. Also, thank you for carrying Dr. Pepper! Your menu choices were many & your drink selections were spot on! I would have taken a picture of my meal but I was so hungry. Nice touch with the mini cookie that was wrapped up with the meal from Cheryl's cookies.

I have been wanting to try this joint for some time, and today was the day. I took my wild and crazy wife with me to check it out. The lady at the counter was nice and polite. We both ordered "The Chick" and got the Fancy Nancy on a croissant. She got the grape salad, and I the strawberry salad. I filled my cup with unsweetened tea. I would give six stars if the lemonade was homemade with cut up lemons floating in it. The sandwich was delish, the croissant was nice and fresh. I loved the strawberry salad too. I tried my wife's grape salad, and it blew my sock off there in the restaurant, I will go back and get it the next time I am there with my own grape salad. I don't know who made the pickles but they were good and crispy. The meal also came with a small cookie. I could eat a hundred of them, but I would go into a diabetic coma. Can't wait to go back and try some more chicken salad. (If you are wandering, it was Minute Made Lemonade).

I got the Classic Carol. It absolutely satisfied my craving for a plain chicken salad. Plain, as in not fancy with a bunch of other ingredients, but so flavorful. It was my first time, but I have considered picking it up nearly every day since. I will definitely be back.

What makes for a great restaurant experience? Well, it starts with the service, and Storm was the best! She was informative, patient and had a friendly smile and attitude. She's a great addition to the CSC team. Thank you Storm. I hope the manager appreciates her and lets her know she's doing a good job. Good employees are hard to find these days.
Now for the food. Husband ordered the Dixie but he said his sandwich didn't really taste like it had onions, like the sample. I ordered the Fancy Nancy and it was good. What made my meal was the seasonal salad but truthfully it could have had more strawberries and apples please. It's a great size side salad for a small upcharge. Salad by itself is very reasonably priced. Overall we enjoyed our reasonably priced meal, so we'll be back.

One of my favorite treats when I'm in the Chesterfield area. Their flavors of chicken salad are so fresh and delicious. They have a robust allergen menu on their website, and I'm happy that I can have most of my favorites even though I'm recently dairy free.

I love this concept. Most restaurants give you way too much food. I love a light and healthy lunch. A scoop of chicken salad packed with fruit and nuts and fresh fruit on the side is awesome. It's one of my favorite places to meet girlfriends for lunch.

I am sure of the woman who always helps me, but great staff at this location. She knows I have a long drive ahead when I order from here and is always super friendly with a great smile to greet. Keep up the great work and Thank You for the wonderful Service.

We are from KC and we come here EVERY time we are in STL. This time the sweet girl up front put ice in a bag for me to take some back home!! Love this food and the crew at this location!! Thank you all so much!!!! 🩷

Yesterday, I was starving and hadn't eaten much. I was out in Chesterfield and wanted something different. I tried this place and I love it! I got their original chicken salad on croissant. It was amazing and the croissant was so soft. The broccoli salad was delicious and so was the cookie. I will definitely go back again. They had all kinds of different flavors that I want to try. The staff was friendly.

One of our favorite lunch date locations! I always get a chick combo, but they have tons of options to change it up. The staff is always super friendly, and they help you if you are unsure what you want and even offer you a sample before you commit to ordering.
They also have the best mac and cheese !!
Its super cute inside and is great for a lunch date or even just lunch break. They have a patio area too when its nice outside!

What a great place for lunch! I went here on June 30, 2021 (at around 1PM) for the first time. I hadn’t heard of this place before seeing it listed on a food delivery app, but I was eager to check it out because I love chicken salad. Cindy was the nice lady who took my order, and she was very helpful. It was a great idea adding tables to the outside area because the weather was so lovely for outdoor dining. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and asked how things were as they walked by. I had a chicken sandwich made with the Olivia’s Old South chicken salad on toasted white bread. It was delicious, and the bread complemented the salad recipe perfectly. I had the pasta salad for my side, which was basic but great. My meal even came with a cute little cookie and a pickle spear. There is a variety of types of chicken salads to choose from, and I can’t wait to try them all. I highly recommend this business!

Man listen anytime I walk in chicken salad chick I feel so welcomed and even tho the workers are busy as heck I never got an attitude from anybody. Tommy has such a great staff and they deserve more because they bust there butts for an over the top customer service experience. I recommend anybody who’s been thinking about going there just to do it and you won’t regret it. Cindy is also somebody I can’t leave out she is amazing. Make me wanna go slide there now just to talk to them.

Well I have to say this is pretty good chicken salad. Not what I expected and I expected becuase I was thinking chicken strips on a salad not real chicken salad sandwich 😂🤣. I have to say it’s better than my grandma’s recipe and I got the old southern salad.

This place is super nice, and I love the food. No greasy stuff here just great chicken salad, a choice of sides, friendly service, tablecloths on every table and take out. I highly recommend you try this place. Lunch time is busy but service is fast!!

I think this is a great idea for a restaurant! Even if you don't care for chicken salad , there are other delicious choices. The place is decorated in beautiful colors, very cheerful, and the food and service are great. There's even a drive-through if you're in a hurry. I've never seen so many flavors of chicken salad, which you can order in a sandwich or by the scoop. Nice sides as well. It's really a nice change from hamburgers, roast beef and the usual restaurant/fast food places. I'll definitely be back!
