I’ve rented with them for over a year. Best price and cleanest in the area. Also secure (need code to enter gate). I used to pay by phone or the kiosk out front but when the new owners took over I called.
Theresa has been the nicest customer service rep I could ask for. She’s so helpful, kind, and funny lol
I always enjoy taking to her when I pay each month. She is quick to respond and professional. Highly recommend.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and I’m so glad I chose StoreSafe in Candler. Theresa helped me throughout the entire process. She was so patient and informative and even took the time to help me over the holidays. Such great customer service. I’m so appreciative. I just dropped my first load off today and the facility was super clean and very secure. You need a code for every point of entry which makes me feel really safe to store my things here. They even provide carts to help load your stuff onto to make for an easy move which was so helpful because I was dreading having to move all of these boxes on my own. Thank you so much Theresa for all of your help!

Contacted Storsafe after quoting through their online portal. This is my first time needing storage, and Theresa was an incredible help. Personable and professional, she helped make sure I had what I needed. The property is gated, well laid out, not cramped at all. Ideal for large vehicles. I'm not sure a first experience could have gone better.

The facility and people who manage it are great. I had my possessions stored here for roughly 5 years while I’ve been out west. My possessions were fine, no mold, and just as they were left. The people who manage or own Bonus Room are great people, they just seem like good warm people, great to do business with. I’d definitely store my things here again if ever needed, and of course, I highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I am so impressed with bonus room storage. The staff is incredible and the space is perfect. I've gone there alone late at night and I always feel safe. I would highly recommend this place for all of your storage needs.

Great service, great price and super easy to rent. My only complaint is the temperature controlled units in the main building are very warm. But maybe that is partly due to the raging and sweltering heat this month. Even so, I highly recommend this place. No huge deposits, friendly service, and very easy to come and go.

Their facility is clean, has air circulation, and top notch warehouse style self-storage options. What makes this a five-star place though is their staff that continually go above and beyond for us! They have used forklifts, utilized various storage solutions, provided occasional pallets, provided bottled water, and extended dignity and respect -- even coffee to us as we unloaded and loaded from their facility. No other rented storage place has even come close to the local family feel of this company! I would drive 30 miles to store my stuff here --over any closer location!

Best storage facility in all of WNC. I rented an indoor unit here for 6 months. The family that owns it is very nice and always helpful. The facility was always clean, and plenty of carts to use to transport my stuff. This is the only storage unit facility I could find anywhere in the area that had a loading dock that was truck height. I would highly recommend using Bonus Room to store my stuff in the futuren

Bonus Room Storage is quick to respond to questions and to help find the solution that works best for you. I'm especially grateful for the speed that my requests were handled as my moving timings shifted. The facility was clean and well kept. Recommend!

It's convenience is a plus for me the storage set up is accessible to you 24/7 payments can be made on site via kiosk at the front gate where your car is recorded by camera it's not only this but the owners are very welcoming professional and make sure you feel like you are family.

We stored our RV here for two months and felt it was a very safe place. The owners and management were very helpful and nice. The price was great. We would definitely recommend them!
