I couldn't have asked or received better service! From the "looking around" to the purchasing, and all the way to the delivery and setup was such a smooth and easy process! Our salesman Tim was top-notch and the delivery driver Lonnie was as well! Highly recommend this place!

Good prices and very friendly staff. The man that set up our building was also very kind and put our building exactly where we wanted it with no problems at all.

I'm sure the building quality is fine but I have a building sitting IN MY FRONT YARD THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO BEHIND MY HOUSE!!!! The older sales man at the office in Waynesville ASSURED us when we ordered it that they would "figure out" a way to get it around back. We explained in detail to him the location and space. Telling a customer what they want to hear just to get a sale is despicable customer service! And when we called the company itself, they refused to give us our $1500 deposit back if we sent the building back, I am very disappointed and upset😡

My review is not to say anything negative about Marks Buildings but to put it out there that the guy who is moving the buildings for them does crappy work. In the process of moving my building he destroyed one of the runners and apparently tried to fix it by putting big wood type screws in it to give it a quick fix. However he did this without me knowing it and it all came to surface when I just recently had to have my building moved again. His name is Lonnie, so if you want this particular company to move your building you better request someone else or you will regret it.
