I absolutely appreciate your service and the app an amazing reminder.

The Larson Team at my local Allstate agency has got their acts together. They return calls promptly. Work hard to find more than one solution. More importantly they are friendly and are proud if providing outstanding customer service. They look out for me instead of the other way around where I am calling my agent to discuss my policies every 6 months to try to understand why my policies changed without warning.

I've always received really excellent service here. Very responsive and understanding. They also do some nice customer appreciation things like singing Happy Birthday on my birthday (which, frankly, I would have thought would be silly and cheesy but it really made me smile). Highly recommended.

When it comes to insurance, I know I need it, but I don't spend much time thinking about it. I've had Allstate since I first began driving. I've used them for renter's insurance and then for my home. I've had Allstate motor club for almost 20 years. I have no reason to change; they've always been good to work with. I don't recall now how long I've had John and his office as my agent of record, but they too have been there when I needed them, but not too pushy when things were going well. I appreciate that approach and feel confident that they would do well for you if you needed a new agent and a great support office.

I like the service we get from our insurance agent. everyone has been quick to respond to our needs. My best personal service was on my husband birthday the agency call and everyone that worked in the office song and wished him a happy birthday I love that excellent copy
