The location is out of way for most.

I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.

Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.

The parking lot is very adequate and clean.

It is an old school building.

You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.

Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.

Lily is excellent, remembers different scenarios and is very responsive. She makes sure things are taken care of for the customers.

Spoke with Lilly and got an answer in a minute that the worthless "customer service" number wouldn't provide in 10 minutes of trying to talk to a human.
