Wow!! Came back the very next day, it was that delicious. So grateful they don’t use MSG. Clean eating. Cheery mom & pop vibe. Sweet staff & they work hard. Everything comes out very hot & fresh. Both my parents loved it too. Tom Kha soup was to die for, quite possibly the yummiest I’ve ever had. Ordered it on both visits. The Basil Fried Rice was divine!! (I ordered extra basil and medium spice). The Thai tea, which they kindly made with coconut milk for me, was a generous amount and indisputably the yummiest I’ve EVER had. Dad agreed on that (we’ve eaten a LOT of Thai around the country.) Please never change these perfect recipes!!!! The green curry was soooo good, with a generous amount of delicious broth . They even made the coconut sticky rice dessert for us despite being out of mango, it too was happily devoured. Fabulous prices - thank you for that!! Also -- ordering Level-2-Spice gave amazing flavor with a decent kick, not painfully overwhelming. Bravo to this exceptional restaurant.

I’ve lived here almost a year and just now discovered this place. It was delicious, definitely has a small mom & pop joint vibe and the service was fantastic . Tom Kha Gai is my favorite Thai soup and their’s certainly hit the spot , I’d go back for that alone. I also got the Basil Fried Rice ( level 2 spicy) and dumplings. Both were good but I’d probably not order the dumplings next time and try something else. I will definitely be back soon ❤

Definitely our new favorite Thai spot. I’m always excited to have new cuisines to try on the coast.

We ordered pad Thai, stir fried cashew, red curry, and Thai teas. All we’re amazing and service was super fast. I had enough pad Thai leftover to eat for dinner that night.

Next time we plan to go for dinner and order an appetizer and dessert!

This cozy little restaurant never disappoints! Fresh delicious Thai cuisine, nice ambience and friendly staff! My favorite is the penang curry. The egg rolls and dumplings are amazing too!

All I can say is “WOW!!!!” This has to be one of my favorite spot to eat in Gulfport! The flavor and the freshness is on point! You can taste the authenticity and the love in the food! The service was great! The owner was super sweet! As soon as you walk in you can hear and the feel the welcome! The owner was not only cooking, but greeting guests, taking Togo orders, running food and checking on guests! This was our first time and definitely won’t be a last! We will be back again!

First time visit. Not a big place, typical atmosphere for that style food. Busy. Service requires patience.
Loved the food - the skewers of chicken satay with peanut sauce and also a cucumber dip was terrific. Surprisingly, the chicken was cooked perfectly. Still moist and tender on the inside. I added a little hot sauce to the dip.
Massaman Curry with rice was also terrific. Plenty of veggies and protein in the bowl.
Certainly will repeat eat.

4/23/21 update: This has become our favorite spot. The food is never disappointing. Everything I've tried (and I've tried a lot) has all been delicious, and consistently good. The wait staff are always friendly and accommodating. I just can't recommend this place enough. A must try.

The food is really good. The atmosphere is ok, it's a pretty small place; at best 20 tables. With that being said, when it get packed which it does often, the kitchen service can be kinda slow. I will say they have gotten faster with each time we've gone though. The curries are really rich, bold, and has a nice spice to it. The appetizers have all been delicious so far. And the Thai tea is a must get. You should really try this place. The staff is pretty friendly overall too. And lastly the prices are pretty good. Not the most affordable, but a very nice casual date night experience.

Always, on 5 stars. Been here many times and will continue. Best on the Coast. Pad woo San is amazing. All the curries are great. Appetizers never disappoint.

This place is quite nice. I really enjoyed the food. My family and I started off with the spring rolls with chicken. It tasted so clean and the homemade peanut sauce was amazing. We also had the crab ragoons which did not disappoint. We followed up some Pad Thai and the level 2 offered the perfect heat. The portions were also generous. We finished our meal with the Thai donuts which were a lot like beniets with a drizzle of honey.

But the real star of the show was our waitress, Suzy P. As a restaurant manager, I must say this young lady offered great service to not only my family, but all of the guests in the restaurant. At one point, I observed her handle 6 tables like a champ. She was great with my girlfriends daughter and always had a great smile to match that hustle.

The restaurant business needs more talent the Suzy P's. And if she ever wants to test the market, I will gladly have her tomorrow.

This is the BEST place for Thai food! The curries are so amazing! Clean, flavorful food loaded with lots of flavor and veggies! Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed! We had the Penang curry with chicken and the stir fried cashew nut without meat. And the Siam crispy rolls with dipping sauce were fabulous! So ridiculously delicious!

My wife and I are so happy that we discovered this restaurant. We both had the coconut soup, which was absolutely delicious. My wife had the pad thai and I had the combination massaman curry. It was so good I had to stop several times because I was eating so fast. We will, without a doubt, be back.

Delicious Thai food - I have eaten in many Thai restaurants over the years - in CA, WA, HI, DC et al— and this is one of my absolute favorites. The atmosphere is casual, with very cool art work and a very relaxed atmosphere…all three of our party loved our various selections—I loved my coconut milk Thai iced tea, yellow beef curry and sticky rice desert. And the service was wonderful. What is there not to rave about?! I will be telling my friends about this delightful restaurant, and definitely will be returning…please do not let the simple outside appearance and location alongside busy highway 49 be a turn-off. Inside is very comfortable, quiet, down-home … wish I could give a 6 star rating…:)

Surprisingly beautiful environment. Music was amazing at just the right volume. The food was phenomenal. The people that work here are amazing. The best restaurant experience I’ve had in years. 10/10

Siam Thai Cuisine is a silent, deadly ninja lurking in the shadows of North Gulfport, waiting to perform an unexpected spinning crescent kick to your mouth. It is very soft spoken and under-stated. You think you're in for a gentle tour of Thai food and you tell the server, "I'll have three stars" which you feel is pretty conservative. And then WHAMMO, the ninja does a round off back handspring out of the darkness as you take your first bite and your entire brain lights up with surprise and delight!

This is POWERFUL food, man! You could light a small city with it! It packs more punch than a Ali vs Frazier fight! It'll knock you straight on your unprepared butt and laugh at you while you cry and ask for more water. "Do you have milk? I NEED MILK!" You baby. You picked the wrong place to test your soft taste buds.

It is that good. Fresh and clean and so flavorful you'll check to see if your passport is valid so you can move to Thailand and be surrounded by awesomeness like this on a full time basis.

The Thai Dumplings (appetizer) is spectacular and they should make a po-boy out of those things. Wonderfully unique flavor. I highly recommend the Pineapple Fried Rice and the Pad Se Ew portion was mountainous.

Enjoyed the service and the dialed-back atmosphere. You come here for the heat of the food, not the decorations.

The curries are so delicious and satisfying, and the pot stickers are some of the best tasting I've ever had. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and portions are generous. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.

So happy! The resteraunt is bright, clean and cheery. The service is quick, courteous, friendly and attentive. The food is de-lish! Pad Prik Khing chicken very flavorful and is made to your desired level. Stir fry Basil Pork fresh and meaty, well done. Tom yum shrimp very close to what we use to get at Thai Hut in southern CA. This will be a regular spot for us.

I love Siam Thai! They are my go to when I am craving something sweet and spicy like their pad thai or something more savory like their drunken noodles. Also, if you are looking for something sweet, their mango sticky rice is yummy as well. Great service and always friendly.

Excellent place...a diamond in the rough. Even if you are not familiar with Thai cuisine..you will love the food. Heads up...food is normally served with bits of hot red pepper. If you don't want spicey...let them know, and they will adjust to your taste.

Great thai food! Everything is cooked fresh to order. They even make their own appetizers by hand each day! Worth a return visit and don't worry parents there's a kid's menu!! Only 3 options but one is nuggets and fries...

My favorite Thai restaurant on the Gulf Coast! I cannot recommend it enough. We regularly drive an hour just to eat Siam Thai. The food is delightful and the service is warm.
