Double quarter pounder value meal with large fry. Large coffee 10 piece nugget, the external temperature of the meat was 160 Nuggets, or 140 French fries were hot and crispy cashier who took the order without standing very friendly, very professional. Well pleased

Always the perfect ice coffee for my hubby. Quick pick up and keep driving as we travel. Thanks for making it perfect for him.

I eat their occasionally! The food is really good to be fast food! They have everything else beat ! I do love the chocolate milkshakes ! I go at least once a week and sometimes more! 😋

OH. MY. GOD. I met the best McDonald's employee I've ever met in my entire life, I didn't get his name but he was amazing. The food was McDonald's, it was cheap and ok. But this guy working the register, holy cow guys, he was the nicest and coolest man alive. I wish I had gotten his name, he helped me get my free McDonald's fries, and got my friend his mocha even after he thought the machine was down. IF YOU REMEMBER DOING THIS, YOURE THE COOLEST GUY EVER.

So happy that I don't have to travel far to see one of my favorite McDonald's employees. I seen Brittany, transferred to your store, during my recent visit to the other Whiteville location. I had a drive thru order at your store. The staff is so efficient and friendly. Looking forward to seeing Brittany's smiling face and sweet demeanor. Guess I'm going become a regular customer here. It's so worth to go through all that road work. Bada, da, da...I'm lovin it 🙂🙂🙂🙂

It was good, except they keep forgetting to put part of my stuff on my sandwich...lol....

Picked up a burger for my wife and she said that it was one of the best McDonalds burgers that has ever had. Drive through was crowded but moved well.

Good McDonald's to stop at. I like how each McDonald's has a different looking inside. This one was particularly fun to look at with the yellow and the squiggles.

The young lady at the drive through window is precious, always smiling so beautifully. She will really make your day if your not having a good one. I do believe her name is Gynasia.

This location has had a wonderful change in atmosphere.
The service has greatly improved from the end of 2023.

-Madison street McDonald's has better accommodations for Long / Large, Combonationv vehicle, is only +5min from this location.

Drive thru was busy and line was moving really fast! Staff was organized and very nice! One of the best I have ever visited.

This McDonald's was very nice food was fast and very friendly at both windows the young light skin black lady I had a ball with her so cute friendly and sweet smile easy to embarrassed very sweet young people

Stopped here a few minutes while driving through. Can I just say best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant?! Now I’ll firmly say McDonald’s service isn’t the best. So, we ordered at the kiosk; our order was called and the amazing lady (possibly manager - fair skin, maybe 5”2’, dark grey shirt?) let us know they were out of frappes. She offered us other options - ice cream, coffees, etc. - with the most positive attitude & not even the slightest bit of irritation, as we were put on the spot with deciding on something else & they were busy. Shoutout to you! Very helpful & much appreciated! Thank you!

Probably one of the most impressive McD locations I've been too. The customer service at front counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. The kitchen staff had my large order made before I was able to even fill my drink cups. The order taker even brought me my bags and wished me well for the holidays. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but the whole team was impressive.

Please tell this young man thank you for letting me no people still care.This morning he knew something was wrong.And he hug me and said a prayer. Thank you so much.

Always as expected. A little slow in the drive through.

Service was fast and friendly. The drive thru was packed but they kept it moving quickly. The biscuits were very soft and order was correct.
