I had Ryan and his crew build me a BEAUTIFUL Picture frame fence. The quality of their workmanship was above and beyond and the timely manner that they got the job done in was amazing. I'm not quite sure where to start on this review... From the time Laura answered the phone, I knew we were putting our property in the hands of someone who was trustworthy. Her warmth was truly palatable! My parents are elderly and we live out of state so when there is a need to have any work done on the home, we are at the mercy of those we contract. Laura and the entire crew at Ryan's Outdoor Property Maintenance most definitely did not disappoint, as their business ethic displayed throughout our transaction has been beyond reproach!! Not only were they able to get us on their schedule within a week (I believe it was actually 5 days and that was adding days from the weekend), they completed the fence in a portion of one day. The craftsmanship is absolutely flawless and the materials used are of the highest quality. How they were able to give us such a reasonable price, I don't know, but what I do know is this company is in the business of pride, professionalism and satisfying their customers! We are a military family and Laura was quick to inform us that they appreciate our service and rewarded us with a commiserate discount that was more than what we would have asked for or expected. That was on top of what I believe to be a most competitive quote for the fence. The men who came to install the fence were cordial, friendly and very patient with my father who is an old sailor who "likes to be in the know". I could not have prayed for a better experience with this company. They are family owned and it definitely shows in the camaraderie which was on full display today! Lastly, this team deserved every bit of the tip we felt led to give them. We only wish we could have given them more! because their finished product was priceless! This company called me within an hour of asking for an estimate, then were there the same evening to measure for my fence installation. The project was completed before a week went by. Very unprofessional company do not use them and do not work for them. They will change the rules in a heartbeat to benefit themselves will get in a shouting match with anybody at any time customer employees anyone one of my worst mistakes I ever made was dealing with them save your time and energy on the jokers.
