Great family owned business. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all kinds of flooring. Willing to take the time to help you find just what you need. Also flooring shipped to their store and I was unable to pick it up for a couple weeks and it wasn't a problem at all. Let's support keep family owned businesses.

Great service. There employees actually know what they are selling and can explain it in *layman terms* so the average person doesn't feel stupid or talked down too. Especially since there's 1000 carpet stores from Morehead City to Jacksonville. They occupie the corner, so entering and exiting is fairly simple. The front,back, and in their warehouse is spotless.

Always my ONLY “go to” for flooring! They have the best customer service , installers and products! I have been using them for several years!

They are extremely helpful and even stayed open an hour late so I could get by to pick out carpet after work. I've bought from many places in the area and they have the best prices I've seen. If you're looking for flooring I'd certainly recommend giving Cheap Charlies a try!

These are wonderful and helpful people. We special ordered bathroom floor from them. They didn’t make the floor and cannot possibly know everything about every floor so we do not hold them responsible for our mess. We bought Adura Mannington floor for a bathroom. Everything about it is awful. From hard to install to pourous and easy to stain. It is a train wreck of a floor that we are preparing to dig out and start over after only 6 months. Go to Cheap Charlie’s but stay away from Mannington

We recently renovated our kitchen and baths. We read many reviews and chose to use Cheap Charlies for our floor installation. It was a great decision. The process ran like clockwork, from the moment we walked through their doors to discuss product to the installation of our LVP floors.  Very knowledgeable and confident about their product. Measurements and estimate were done promptly with reasonable pricing. Installation scheduling was easily arranged.

The installers (Andrew and Curtis) were very courteous, friendly and fine craftsmen. Stewards of their profession they were careful handling our possssions and ensured a fastdious cleanup.

All IN all a VERY positive experience and I would highly recommend Cheap Charlies to anyone.

My wife and I decided to re-floor most of our house in Morehead City. We met with many vendors, but none were as thorough in explaining our options as Cheap Charlie's. We decided on the Core-tec product in Carolina Pine, and Charlie's had an estimate for us in two days. While the job itself took a little longer than expected, mostly due to manufacturer error in product shipment, we couldn't be happier with the finished product. The installation team took great care in fitting the new floor, and created very professional transition points.
When we get ready to re-carpet our bedroom, we will go directly back to Cheap Charlie's. Highly recommended!
